I asked the service girl how much it cost for an oil and filter change plus a tire rotaion and was quoted a price of $49.95. I made an appointment and had the work done. When I got the bill it was $110.67. I was never told they would tack on a $60.00 labor fee. I'll never have it serviced there againas I'm on a limited income and can't afford there extras. read more

He was verbally getting angry because I told me I could only afford a certain car payment. He refused to listen ! Also he did all this communication in the open area of the entrance. Service "manager" here, Doug, is by far NOTHING like what Kia company statements are nor is he what Kia claims to stand for. I love my Kia but will not be buying another one only because this dealership is the closest within an hour and I don't want to have to deal with Doug every time I need service or maintenance done on my car so I will be getting rid of my Kia and not getting another. Doug is rude and unprofessional and a crook and he doesn't practice Kia's statement of "we care for our customers". read more

I brought my mom's car in for a 9:00 appointment. I pulled up and it took 5 minutes for the man in the booth to even acknowledge my presence. Someone had to TELL him that I was there. Then he told me that my car couldn't be serviced that day even though we had the appointment. I quickly left and took my business somewhere else. read more

First off let me explain a little bit about my experience. We were interested in a Kia Soul, that was bought back by Kia in Sebring, my husband had spoke to Mr. Cox which was very willing to help us, knowing this when the advertisement came out regarding the "BIG" clearance sale me and my daughter went down to see if we could find out more about the vehicle, upon arriving we were greeted by two pleasant employee's willing to help out. I explained to them that there was a Kia Soul that we were interested in for my daughter's first vehicle, and it was at the Kia Dealership. At that time the gentlemen walked over and spoke to Mr Hedges, by the way he never bothered to come over to speak to us, since we were aware of the price of the vehicle due to speaking to the owner, we were expecting a pretty good deal, instead Mr Hedges, had marked the vehicle up more than $3000 dollars, and wasn't willing to negotiate at all, stated that the vehicle was marked as low as he was going to go. At that time my daughter and I were very upset, she had her hopes up high and this was a total let down. We then left and went to the Kia Dealership in Sebring, where a family member, Jenny Goins McNabb, is employed to explain the event so that she would know why we weren't purchasing the vehicle, she went out of her way and called the Toyota Dealership, and drove down with us to speak to Eric Rice, which was very willing to help, he explained that he already sent Chris Sanchez over to get the keys from Mr Hedges and then to go get the Kia Soul and bring it over, no sooner than he said that his phone rang, it was Chris Sanchez stating that Mr Hedges refused to give him the keys to the Kia Soul and stated that he didn't care if God was there wanting to buy it he wasn't giving him the keys. Needless to say, not only was I shocked, so were the employees there, I couldn't believe my ears, never in my life have I ever been treated like that, especially by a so called manager. I was wondering what kind of people are employed here!! What in the world am I doing at a place where the employees are so rude. I wanted to walk out of there and never go back!! However, Eric Rice, Maddy Snow and Chris Sanchez wasn't going to let that happen,the manager Tony Pate even took time out of his busy schedule to come over introduce himself and say high, they ALL went above and beyond their jobs to help us. If it hadn't been for these 3 and my sister-in-law Jenny Goins McNabb, I would have taken my business else where. Eric Rice found us a Kia Soul, and made sure it all went smoothly. He showed us that him and his employee's are about making sure it is a pleasant experience and that it's not about how much he makes on a sale rather it's more important to make sure the customer is satisfied. I would highly recommend the Toyota Dealership in Sebring, no matter what kind of vehicle it is that you are looking for, these employees really know how to treat you!! Even though it wasn't the Kia Soul she wanted, the employee's at the Toyota Dealership, and of course Jenny Goins McNabb, made things possible, and put a smile on my daughter's face, I want to Thank You All!! We bought our first new (used) vehicle from here yesterday and had an awesome experience. Glen was a fantastic salesman that found us exactly what we wanted, even though it took a couple of days. We couldn't be happier with the teamwork of the staff. They were all very nice and accommodating, even with our 2 small children running around.
