I hired this company to repair my LG refrigerator. I called them on a Monday; they were able to come the following Thursday. They require a $50 deposit before they come and another $50 after the diagnose the problem. My compressor was bad, but it was covered under warranty by LG. It took them about a week to get the part and schedule to return to replace the compressor. We had to pay an additional $212. They supposedly repaired the fridge, but I was still not working. The ice was coming out jagged and it was still making a lot of noise. I called them, they told me it was another part they forgot to put on. They came another week later and added the part. The fridge was still loud and jagged ice. I called them again and added a support ticket and never received a call back or a reply to my ticket. Attempts to contact them since January have been unreturned. Do not use this company. read more

Technician do not appear on scheduled appointment. They do not analyze the issue if appear. Quickly do temporary fix and walk away. Afternoon front desk is not customer friendly. Will not tell you when tech will come. Very frustrating experience. read more

Was assigned this company by home warranty company. 1st guy comes out and says there is a leak that needs repaired. Two weeks later 2nd guy comes out and says it is not a leak and the first guy was wrong, it is actually some circuit board. Another two weeks later and the 3rd guy comes out today replaces circuit board and tells me now that some valve needs replacement. I have not had heat in my house for almost 6 weeks now (Jan. & Feb). It has been horribly cold and a totally miserable experience. I had to spend over $400 in portable heaters to have some type of heat to try and keep it somewhat warm so the pipes do not freeze up. If you want a company to back multiole times and you dont mind being without heat/ac for multiple weeks then a for Dr. maintenance. Worse experience with a service company ever! read more

Yoel came to our home today after a stressful start with his vehicle and was able to remove our old dishwasher. Something another company said was not possible. This young man used his creativity and ingenuity to bypass a water valve that is impossible to turn off, he found a way to reach screws that fastened the dishwasher to the floor and was so careful with any water remaining in the dishwasher. This is a young man not afraid to work hard, do a job right (he was not going to let any of the problems get in the way of getting it installed!) and be concerned for the customer's satisfaction. It was a pleasure to have him in our home and I wish him well...give him a raise! read more

First time they came out to fix my AC the guy had a replacement piece and said not sure which way this is supposed to go in, but we'll try." The replacement piece seemed to get the fan going, but no cool air was coming in. Called the company and the woman told me "the tech said it was working so he doesn't know what you did." I explained it wasn't fixed the first time, the first tech admitted he didn't know what he was doing, and I needed someone else to come out. The second guy comes at the end of the quoted time period and says it was a wire that wasn't connected right, so it should get cool. Cool air works for a bit, but then it stops and the line from the unit to the air ducts has condensation all over it so there's pooled water all around my furnace. Third guy they assign is the first guy who failed to fix the issue and he doesnt arrive during the 4 hour window. It's been 3 weeks without AC. They've done nothing to actually fix the problem and I'm worried they created a new issue. They don't know what they're doing. read more

They came out under a repair request for First American Home warranty to fix my washer and dryer. They came out in May, told me that they needed to order parts. Parts took forever - Finally "fixed " my washer on June 10. It worked for 2 weeks. I ask them to comeback out and fix it - they said that since the original request was more than 30 days ago, that we need a new work order request and to pay again. They do not stand behind their repairs. Run to another provider or use Youtube and try to fix yourself. Even if you take your appliance out and use it for target practice, but will still be the same result as hiring these guys. read more

STAY AWAY from Dr Maintenance!!! The service guy came at 1pm and went to home depot for 3hrs. Then when he comes back he gets keys locked in car. I had to call to request help because it was taking soo long. Now the job still is not complete after 9pm. 8 hrs later and job not complete. The condenser doesn't match my heating unit so it doesn't connect properly with the exasust pipes are not connected! Leaving carbon fumes to potentially come into my home!! This is dangerous and the guy said don't worry about it and his supervisor will call me tomorrow. Also the outside unit is very large and they put it on a stand designed to hold a much smaller unit. It is not stable and a strong storm will knock it over. This needs to be reinforced or placed on the ground. Both these issues could have been avoided if the original guy took better notes as to what system I already had. I understand its the summer and thats why it took so long to get service, however that is no reason to provide poor service once on site. Before leaving the guy says my job was to get you ac working that's it! All the other issues he has nothing to do with it. He said he doesn't know when someone will be able to come back out because he booked up. I called the supervisor and he would not answer, even though the guy just got off the phone with him. The supervisor wont call me back even though his employee said he would. He wont return my email and had is secretary tell me he isn't available until Tuesday because they busy with other customers are an hour away. They don't finish one job then move on to the next. If my home was too far they should not have accepted the job. The positive reviews are fake! **UPDATE** The issue was fixed 5 days later. Hopefully they have learned from this issue. read more

Robin is simply the best! I had an issue with my fridge at my rental property that was getting worse by the minute. Robin responded immediately he made contact with me and went over the same day. The other guy told us our dishwasher was kaput, Robin fixed it in less that 20 minutes. Repaired our microwave which took 3 visits didn't charge for extra labor and I had to offer to pay for the extra parts so he didn't lose money on the job. Honest reliable and very nice and friendly. I had Robin come out to fix my freezer. It's now been over 5 months, and nothing has been repaired. He's had to come out 7 times, and still nothing works properly. I was promised a refund for a part he never properly installed, but now can't get a call back from anyone from the company. Complete scam artists. read more
