Technician was great, but the entire appointment scheduling was a nightmare! It took almost two weeks for the the first appointment, then that got pushed out another two weeks for parts. We got the parts the week before, but there was NO possible way for me to talk to a human to let them know the parts were here and maybe we could move up the appointment. After all that, it turned out we didn't need those parts anyway, and luckily the repair technician had the correct part in his van! This whole time we were spending $12 per day at the Laundromat... Overall, a terrible experience! read more

This is a review of Sear's Appliance Review international. We have a range/oven under a full service agreement with sears appliance repair. We have had 5 months of problems getting it repaired. 4 service appointments later it is still not fixed. Also, when we have called in we have had consistent communication errors & HUGE wait times (96 minutes, 120 minutes, 102 minutes, etc.) on hold. The oven is still not fixed & the LATEST appointment was a 10 day wait. We had to buy a separate over to use while we wait for the over to be fixed! read more

Most horrible service plan we have ever been a part of! We are 6 weeks into dealing with Sears in the repair of our dishwasher. Regret having purchased the dishwasher from them but more than anything we regret having purchased the service plan. We are stuck in a nightmare of waiting for them to come then ordering parts and repeat! read more

I had problems with my LG range. The service tech diagnosed the problem as a bad circuit board. He ordered the circuit board and had me pay for it at the same time. When the new board arrived he determined that the new board was defective and ordered another. When that board came in, another tech determined that the original board was bad, and another board was also bad. This pushed the cost of the repair past the value of the range, so I decided to have the board returned and not have the repairs done. The tech said I would receive a refund for the part minus the trip charge. Two months later, after not receiving my refund, I decided to call. Spent 5 minutes trying to talk to a real person. When I finally did, I spent 10 minutes speaking to someone with a vague understanding of the English language, only to find out I was talking to the wrong person. I was transferred to another person with basically the same grasp of the English language. After another 10 minutes, I was told that I would receive a call within 7-10 business days from their investigative team. If they determined I was due a refund, I would receive it in 28-30 days. read more

Scheduling an appointment was easy. The repair person called ahead of time and showed up in an appropriate time frame. He completed the repair to my satisfaction, explained everything to me and possessed good interpersonal skills I was completely satisfied. read more
