Sears technician was on time, efficient, cleaned up before leaving, did the work and explained everything before leaving my house.

I had been having a problem with the oven temperature and they fixed the problem in a timely manner for a reasonable price. I couldn't be more pleased with the service. Tech came out, removed two screws and adjusted the plastic clip, not the electric switch. Charged $138 without replacing the plastic clip. I moved into the home a few weeks later and the switch was acting up again. Tech came out and said the switches can be a bit sensitive, kind of bent the lid to "make it work" and left. Still did not replace the little plastic clip. The lid is acting up again and now that I live here, I went to repairclinic.com, ordered the $23 plastic clip, removed the two screws and replaced the plastic clip like the tech should have. Easy and works like a charm. I am disappointed the tech failed to make this simple and easy repair using the correct parts. My gosh I figured it out in a couple of minutes and got it done. I do not think my expectations are too high for the $138 bill. This appears to be the level of service you get a lot in Florida. Come in, do as little as possible and charge as much as you can.

Luke called ahead, came out and arrived timely, was the perfect gentleman and took his time doing a thorough analysis of my existing HVAC system. At no time did he pressure me to do an unnecessary service - this company is local to Vero beach and I strongly recommend! They are an excellent choice for regular maintenance, servicing and maintenance and parts replacement as well as a full replacement. A++++

We set a date I took off that day and in the morning they call to postpone it, saying they have some more urgent call, no respect for my time. I asked them what if I have an emergency on my A/C they said they will be able to come that day but they will charge $89 for diagnostic. We set an appointment few days later. The technician came and told me that one of the unit need a new blow motor. I have a full labor and part warranty from the MFR. but they charge me diagnostic charge off $89 + $ 150 what they call "processing fee" which is a simple money grab. sound to me to me like a form of classic bait and switch technique.( they came the flowing week and change the motor it took the technician only 15 minutes sharp to replace the motor, they got $150 from the MFG as Josh told me + 150 +89 =$389.) As far as the 2nd unit it was working perfectly well before they "serviced it" 2 hours after the technician left the system shut down and I noticed that the pan below the system which was bone dry was full of water water the technician said that I need a new drain line which they will charge $1000, Called other companies and replacing a drain line run $500-$800. Turned out that the drain line didn't needed a replacement but just a correct opening the clog. I did pay them the $ 150 "grab money" but they called me already twice to pay it. Just remember when something look too good to be true it probably is. Don't fall for their $29/$39 bait.
