We were in the car on our way to the clinic when, at 8:25 am we received a text saying the clinic had been cancelled due to "unforeseen circumstances" for the second week in a row. The TSC manager was clueless and the "customer service" I spoke with at the 800# could only tell me it wasn't HER fault, but nothing else. She did confirm that PrtVet is owned by TSC, even though the store manager claimed it was a third party. This is a sham and we won't be going back to TSC for anything, ever.
