He was polite and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issues with both the washer and dryer. Bryan suggested a workaround for the problems I was having with the washer that utilized its existing features. He could have easily sold me a new board for the washer and a new board for the dryer and then come back in a couple of years when those new boards failed and needed replacement again. This would have been costly and even more frustrating. Instead, he suggested a cost-effective way to get the machines to perform as needed. Bryan was honest and straightforward, providing understandable explanations of what was going on with these appliances. I challenge anyone to find better service than Alfredo in the paint department. This guy is an…read more11/10; knows the store like the back of his hand and you will not leave unhappy. The prices are always competitive; although I buy my spray paint from Walmart. The lumber department unfortunately doesn't follow Alfredo's lead and you'll need to figure out many things on your own. We've left and have gone to Lowe's for this reason.
