Well, as a lot of new businesses do, I under estimated the logistics involved in launching a new company in an already saturated market. Dustin was patient. Over the course of 10 months, he would often email or call and just check in. Well I finally got my act together, and as promised, Dustin delivered. He waited, and waited, and when I needed him, he jumped right back on board. He didn't make me wait, he didn't claim to have other clients that needed him, he treated me like family. I am thrilled with the results, I paid my balance, and off I went!!! Or so I thought. Until I had more complications, nothing to do with the website or design, but unforeseen banking issues. Dustin stood by me for 3-4 weeks, checking in often, and when I straightened it out, once again, he saved the day. Straightened out my banking info, shopping cart, etc.., added what needed to be added to get my business up and running again and in typical Dustin fashion, got it done quickly, no fanfare, no "look what I did for you", although he certainly could have. The machines are not working however there's no line to wait on or bumping into people while trying to fold your clothes it could use some cleanup indefinitely some electrical maintenance for the machines being that they are card operated, I'm afraid this business perhaps was going out of business however there is a sign for sale. This business is for sale however it's still operatable so today I'm using it and so far so good.
