I did not want the insurance but they said it was AT&T policy. They said I could call and cancel upon receiving the phone. I just spoke to AT&T and this is NOT their policy. They were dishonest with me. I will no longer use this location and I recommend the drive to San Antonio.

I'm no good with technology so it was nice just have it all set up. He also showed us different phones, that were not super expensive but did the trick just fine. There were a few promos we went into and I was able to speak with him on what they provided. I also went ahead and asked about the Tv as they had discussed this previously and I was able to get it set up for myself with ease. Honestly, I am a simple person and don't need all this fluff and just want an honest man from honest roots to let me know what's best for me and my parents as I am helping them with their affairs. This was so nice and the whole store was so patient agin with everything. I'm sure we probably talked their ear off but it didn't feel like a chore at all! Jeanice was so nice and although they did not have the tree in-stock, she knew what I was talking about and took the time to call her suppliers to find the trees I was looking for.
