I'm no good with technology so it was nice just have it all set up. He also showed us different phones, that were not super expensive but did the trick just fine. There were a few promos we went into and I was able to speak with him on what they provided. I also went ahead and asked about the Tv as they had discussed this previously and I was able to get it set up for myself with ease. Honestly, I am a simple person and don't need all this fluff and just want an honest man from honest roots to let me know what's best for me and my parents as I am helping them with their affairs. This was so nice and the whole store was so patient agin with everything. I'm sure we probably talked their ear off but it didn't feel like a chore at all! I've been to others store recently and after my friend Jill went here she said they did her right. So I'm a floresville Att regular now and PROUD OF IT! God bless this store and again the manger there was just a peach. I dealt with a couple other employees for my bill like Alan and he is also again just so sweet to speak with. You cannot, I mean this with all my heart, go wrong coming here. They are probably the last store here in San Antonio that doesn't want to nickel and dime you! After 5 - 10 hours on-line trying to sync the contacts, I went to the store and they were unable to help me. I went to a Verizon store (Cellular is a contracted store NOT a corporate store) and they stated that they were unable to transfer my contacts. When I went back to complain, another sales rep tried unsuccessfully to transfer my contacts. After working with Verizon Technical Support, it was determine that the new phone would NOT take my contacts. When I went back to the store to return the phone as defective, the same representative who had told me that transferring the contacts was easy said that it was not a defect and that they would charge me a $50 restocking fee. Thankfully, Verizon stood behind their product and refunded me the restocking fee. Never will go back to them!!!! From now on, I will only go to a Verizon Corporate store, not "independent" contractors!!!!

I bought a wheeled weed trimmer at Pleasanton Sears today. Very friendly&helpful sales people. As i drove around the back to pick up my trimmer the young man named Dallas proceeded to add the oil to my trimmer! Then he explained how the handle worked and also showed me how to install the trimmer line! He was so polite and patient while answering all my questions.
