They said they service our brand/model and said the visit would cost $149, to be applied to any repair. When the technician diagnosed the unit, he agreed it was the compressor. He gave us an estimate and collected his $149. We thought Appliance King was going to do the repair. But less than 5 minutes after they left, they called and said they do not service our brand/model. So, basically, they stole $149 and our time in bad faith.

You can buy off the floor or order your pieces with whatever fabric you prefer. It is a local small business, which I love. The only downside to that is the lack of national delivery. They will arrange shipping for you if you aren't local, but it's via a non-affiliated cargo/freight service. We had no problem with this, but it's something to consider. Lastly, the service was awesome. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. The owner was on site when I was there and was a sweetie. They are far less money than typical high-end patio stores, but far more than target, home Depot and Sears. But again, you can customize fabrics at this store, which you can't do at the chains I mentioned. Great experience all around.

Not only were we practically forced out of this store on false accusation but I really felt discriminated, as if I couldn't afford anything in this store ( We can) . I know if I were Caucasian I am sure our treatment would have been different, clearly we were not welcomed. It felt like a pretty woman moment. We were NOT greeted, not given any kind reminder and just mistreated and harassed. No signage anywhere in the store( because I looked as we exited ) , looking for " no photography " .
