I love everything we're purchased from here. Fantastic owners. We've shopped here several times, for home purchases and business purchases.

Beautiful layout with themed decor for every occasion you may be pondering. This location is behind the Garden's Mall in Palm Beach Gardens. There is street parking as well as a covered garage. There is a clearance table in the rear of the room... I bought from the main items in the store and scored some napkins and plates for our impromptu soiree. Some items are pretty pricey but you are in an area that 'in theory' can afford the cost. I found the customer service to be fine... but I am also engaging when I walk into a store where people might treat me suspiciously. Which I will point out didn't happen here. Respectfully Reviewed.

There are now 10 Swoozie's locations including this one in Palm Beach Gardens. The store is well organized and has a lot of great gifts items, wrapping, greeting cards and stationary. Everything is invitingly displayed. I love their sweet Halloween decorations and they had an extensive selection of my favorite Scout bags. They had a Florida themed Scout bag that I had never seen before and fell in love with and honestly may have to go back for. They also carry games, children's items, home decor, and kitchen items. The inventory is brand name and can be very pricey. I was interested in a pillow featuring my daughter's college UCF and it was over $200! A decorative dish towel was a more affordable $15.They had many items I have not seen elsewhere and it was fun to explore this store with my girlfriends.

Hallmark's history goes all the way back to 1907 as the Norfolk Post Card Company, founded by Joyce…read moreClyde Hall and his older brothers, William and Rollie. It operated out of the Norfolk, Nebraska bookstore the brothers worked at. In 1910, Joyce "J.C." Hall dropped out of high school and ventured to Kansas City, Mo. to sell wholesale postcards. In Kansas City, Hall could take advantage of the city's many rail connections to make quick sales trips to outlying towns. Soon business was booming and Rollie came to join his brother and they opened their own shop, Hall Brothers. In 1915, a fire destroyed the brothers shop and all of its inventory but they were able to take this set back and turn it into a success. The brothers took out a loan, bought an engraving company, and started creating unique designs they could market exclusively. As the postcard business waned they were poised to move into the new business of selling printed greeting cards for holidays. Another opportunity came for Hallmark when the company ran out of the traditional tissue paper that was used for wrapping gifts. Instead they started using French paper that had been purchased for lining envelopes. Demand for the paper was so great that Hallmark began printing their own paper and that is how wrapping paper was invented. The name Hallmark first appeared in 1925. It was chosen because it encompassed the family name while also stating quality. By 1928 it was on every card the Hall brothers' company sold and in 1954, Hall Brothers Inc. changed its name to Hallmark. Over 100 years later, the Hallmark company is still a private company, still in Kansas City, and still run by the Hall family. J.C. Hall's son Donald J. Hall is chairman of the Hallmark board and his son Donald Jr. is president and CEO of the company. There are both company and independently owned stores in five countries. Other fun facts: since 1984 Hallmark has owned Binney and Smith Inc the parent company of Crayola Crayons and they have produced more than 250 movies and taken home 81 Emmy's. As you might be able to tell I am a big Hallmark fan. Unfortunately many in the area have closed in recent years. That is why I was so happy to discover that there is still a Hallmark open in the Gardens Mall. I collect certain series of Hallmark ornaments and July is their debut month. Hallmark first introduced their ornaments in 1973 and their longest running series is Frosty and Friends which started in 1980. My first introduction to collecting was the 1984 pink Victorian that kicked off the Nostalgic Houses series and I have since gone on to collect many other series. I was so happy to be able to pick up this years Dream Book featuring all of the ornaments. I was less happy to see that prices continued to increase this year. In addition to their beautiful holiday displays, the store is packed with an impressive selection of greeting cards, gift wrap, toys, figurines, home décor, jewelry, accessories, and gifts for just about any occasion. They feature brands that include Lilly Pulitzer, Vera Bradley, Bogg Bags, and Spartina's Florida Map collection, all of which I love. They also carry fun novelty socks with salty sayings, as well as Bombas socks, which I've tried before and are incredibly comfortable. Even though it's still summer, their Halloween collection was already out for fans of Summerween. I also spotted some wonderfully soft pajamas and beautifully scented candles that would make thoughtful gifts. And when it comes to buying a card for someone I care about, Hallmark cards have a way of making every occasion feel a little more special.

This one had a bit of a limited selection compared to the Hallmark stores that I've used to. They have downsized a lot since the time of pre-Covid. They only offer cards and a small section of knickknacks now, instead of the larger selection of everything that they used to have. The part that I'm disappointed in is the lack of miniature Glass Animals. They did away with those, which was sad.

I didn't know what to expect but I was really impressed from the service to the quality of the tea and food. The cafe is in a little strip mall off A1A. Parking is okay considering there are other businesses next door. I loved seeing the cardboard cut out of Queen Elizabeth in the window. As someone that loves the Royal family and all things London, this place was a dream. They had lots of pictures of Princess Diana, Princess Kate, etc. It really makes you feel royal yourself! My advice: MAKE A RESERVATION if you plan on coming. They recommend it as well. It can get busy however when I went there was only one or two others who came which was nice we got to experience the cafe without it being crowded. I had the kindest, most accommodating server! I wish I remembered her name. It was such a treat having her wait on us today. So polite called me 'ma'am' and was so respectful and helpful. I ordered the club sandwich, champagne, and the lemon nectarine cake. So delicious! When I ordered my food I made her aware of my nut allergy as some things have nuts. She was super kind and when she brought my food out she even mentioned that it had no nuts. I really appreciate that! I ordered the 'Magic Butterfly' tea. (Decaf) I'm not kidding when I say this is THE BEST TEA I have ever had in my life. It was a mix of apple, pea flower, lavender, and a few other things. They have two options when ordering tea. A full pot at $7 or a half of pot at $5. We went with the half of pot which is for two people. It was enough for us both. If you come with any more than two people than get the full pot for only two dollars more. I thought the prices were good. They also have high tea options such as The Diana, The Kate, The Elizabeth, and The Charlotte (which is for kids 10 and under) these are priced per person at a bit of a higher cost but you get multiple things included in each one. I will list the menus down below. We were checked in on a lot and made sure we were content. The service was phenomenal I can't stress that enough! They also have little gifts to purchase around the store. I had the best time today. It was such a treat! Next time I come to Florida I'll definitely be visiting again. Thank you ladies!

After waiting eight weeks, it was delivered in the wrong color, and the fabric itself was defective and pilling. I went through the process again to select a new fabric, only for the replacement to arrive with two completely different couches; one correct and one entirely wrong. This level of error after months of delays is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of quality control. Unfortunately, this wasn't an isolated issue. Since purchasing multiple items for my home before moving in (I've been living here since October), I've consistently received defective or incorrect products. I've had the wrong sofa delivered twice, a dining table delivered three separate times with defects, and a recliner that arrived looking used with worn leather. What's even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication and follow-up. I've called multiple times asking for the manager, Alex, and sent emails to team members I previously worked with, but received no response. I was also promised follow-up from Dean, which never happened. After spending over $20,000, I still don't have what I originally ordered months later. At this point, I've lost all confidence in the company and am demanding a full refund. If this isn't resolved promptly, I will be disputing the charge with my credit card and continuing to share my experience publicly. Completely unacceptable experience Also, upon reading your other one star reviews, I see that you are asking people to follow up with you rather than you following up with your customers.
