Our family loves the Seaside Heights Boardwalk! I came here often as a child and recently brought my young kids here as part of a family vacation. The boardwalk provided lots of space for a stroller, endless ice cream options and kid-friendly rides and games at Casino Pier. In the summer they have wristband specials so the kids could ride as many rides as they want which was amazing because that could really add up. My 2 year old son rode the car ride at least 10 times and my 4 year old daughter wanted to do everything twice. For older families there is also a putt course and a nearby waterpark. We also enjoyed the arcade (skeeball!) there is something for all ages, young and old on the boardwalk.

Fun time and went to a pizzeria on the boardwalk. . Big slices and tasty. Fast service and friendly. The pizza was like a NY slice, larger than the plate. Sauce was tasty. I would return. Great boardwalk experience. You can also access from the street. You don't need the boardwalk to get that bite.

The epitome of a Jersey Shore Boardwalk. I love it here. I live close by and spend time here all seasons. It's even great in the winter. I love having the boardwalk to myself. Bars, some restaurants and arcades open all year

Always a great time at the jersey shore. It's so nostalgic coming here because it was a high school weekend hangout. You also get to tour the jersey shore house for only for $10 bucks. Tons of food options, games and rides on the boardwalk as well, overall everything you can ask for in a NJ beach trip.

I've been coming here since I was a little kid in the 70's. So my current view is based in part on that historical perspective. Hurricane Sandy did a number on the entire Jersey Shore in 2012, especially the Boards in Seaside. Nice to see the reboot is better than ever. Beach, Boards, and the town itself if more family oriented with less college age drunks than say in the 1980's and 90's. Beach is much cleaner. I saw no broken beer bottles. Food wise you can go with great classics like Maruca's Tomato Pies or Jersey Roll. There are some new interesting options too. Like Sweet Charlies for some hand rolled fresh ice cream on the Seaside Park end or Drifters of Seaside for some higher end options right off the Boards on 701 Boulevard. Casino Pier has some great newer rides. Recommend riding the HYDRUS roller coaster. 72-foot vertical lift and beyond-vertical drop. Epic views of the beach and ocean from there. Hotels and motels in Seaside kinda suck, so do your research before pulling the trigger to stay there. But bottom line, I recommend going to Seaside Heights for a fun Jersey Shore summer vacation.

This seemed like to our family to be the classic boardwalk in Jersey. It had many different shops and variety of foods stops. The amusement rides were great for the setting and looked fun. The problem with that was you needed to take out a loan just to ride anything. Disney seemed like a bargain compared to these prices. And of course, any shop's prices were little high, but we expected that. It almost seems like they check each others prices and match. Not much competition. After the guards left their stations for the day, we were able to walk down on the beach with paying. (I still can't believe you have to pay to WALK onto the beach. But that is NJ, they will charge you whenever and wherever they can. I had an original thought today and received a bill from the NJ government.) Overall, it is a nice walk and a pleasant place.

I have not been to Seasides boardwalk since 2007 before the reconstruction. It was absolutely beautiful. Maybe because it wasn't peak season but it wasn't very busy which was a huge plus. We went during the weekend too when Wine of the Beach was going on and still it was so pleasant. Definitely a spot to visit in NJ.

Old but still very crowded It was labor day weekend and my b' day too ( 1-Sep-19). I am trying to cover all the beaches and boardwalk on Jersey shores and Seaside was my 13th Beach on this shore. Roadside parking was 1.5/hr and you can get private parking ranging $10-20 for the whole day. boardwalk seems to be very old but was it less charming? NO... I liked the vibe, crowd and shall I mention the cleanliness of the beach? Beach pass is $8 for the whole day but you gotta see the beach. It's clean as anything. Dunes are shaped perfectly, they are preserving everything along the beach so not a bad deal. There are many counters to enter the beach area. You can find plenty of options in restaurants and bar. Games, arcade shops, ice cream, pizza shops parlor wat else is not here. Casino pier is the biggest attraction of this boardwalk and SKYRIDE was the biggest attraction of this amusement park. $4 for one side and $6 for both sides. Trust me rather than going on big ferry wheel ( $6 for 2 just 2 rounds), this sky ride is worth your money. App 5 min ride time and you can watch boardwalk and beach from the top. There are like 100s of rides in this park. Heaven for kids. Overall well evening spent with my cute wife.

Seaside Heights Board walk is good to check out for Fall, Spring & Summer time. It has a lot games & food to choose from. This board walk is good for babies, teenagers & adults 18 of age and older and the little kiddies that can walk on the board walk eating delicious ice cream and winning little stuffed animals & toys too. It also has exciting rides & boba teas, chocolate fudge & much more. You can even walk on the beach from the board walk which is cute and convenient as well. Plus this board walk has stores to buy clothes, Hermit crabs & slippers too. What is also cool is when you come to Seaside Heights, you never wanna leave that place because once you have a slice of pizza, a sausage sandwich, ice cream or even a boba tea you feel so pleased and relaxed. This is why I love Fall & Summer time!! So go down to the shore and get yourself a Boba Tea or Ice cream since the weather is cool out!!! #GetYaBobaTeaOn #GetYaPizzaOn #GetYaBeachOn #GetYaIceCreamOn GetYaSausageSandwichOn

We took my family to the Seaside Heights Boardwalk while we were in Jersey shore. We had a great time it was five dollars to park down the boardwalk they have a lot of rides that we rode with the girls got some snacks got giant slices of pizza got to see the Jersey shore house we had a great time and if you're in the area definitely go drive over and check it out

I had an awesome time at the beach this week. I went with a group of 10 friends and family members and we truly enjoyed the boardwalk, the rides and the drinks. The boardwalk was clean and the beach was really beautiful, especially in the early morning. The crowd was nice and people were well behaved, unlike seaside of the past. I like what the town has done to correct their reputation. It provides a nice place to enjoy the beach without having to drive so many miles.

Here's the deal: I haven't been to seaside in decades !! Gotta say it looked clean w/ the must have Jersey edge to it !! Rides/ games/ food... all great attractions... if you were like me and avoided seaside .. it was good!!! The people watching alone is hours and hours of entertainment! And .... NO I didn't see the Jersey shore cast

There are so many fun things to do, it is a very nice board walk with many games and food options if u like big ride this is perfect.

This is one of those places and experiences where I don't even pay attention to the price. I'm sure it's sort of a lot for mini golf, but you'll get a lot of good family memories here. I can't speak to the arcade as I've never gone in and I'm not a fan of the ice cream here. There are better places in the area, but the golf is an excellently fun time! The staff was very kind and accommodating, the holes were well kept and clean. And, we were allowed to bring our own special golf balls that were gifted as a surprise! Thank you so much!

While on a road trip heading south, we decided to explore a few spots. Originally, we planned to stop in Atlantic City, but since we weren't getting tattoos (our longtime artist is based there), it didn't make much sense to go. Thankfully, we figured that out just before hitting Exit 82 on the Garden State Parkway! It felt a little surreal--and honestly, nostalgic--to walk around and see the places we'd only watched on MTV. Naturally, the first place we headed was The Shore Store (also reviewed separately!). We purchased a round-trip Sky Ride pass for two for under $20. The ride was smooth, peaceful, and gave us a great overhead view of the pubs, games, and amusement rides the Jersey Shore crew once enjoyed. After the ride, we grabbed some snacks, including shrimp and fries. It was a cool, crispy, not greasy, meal that hit the spot. Overall, this stop was a fun, quick detour full of throwback energy and beach-town charm. If you're ever nearby and want a little slice of pop culture and coastal boardwalk vibes, it's worth the visit!

Dog Royalty Days allow the dogs on the boardwalk (but not the beach) and Casino Pier & Breakwater Beach allows dogs at their outdoor amusement park on the boardwalk to ride on the chariot in the carousel, indulge in doggy sundaes from Mrs. C's Waffles & Ice Cream, enter a doggy costume contest with prizes, take part in a photo op with a beachy background, and enjoy discounted drinks and ride wristbands!

We've been going to Breakwater Beach for years. Although it is not as fancy as say Hurricane Harbor, Breakwater Beach HAS renovated in the past few years and everything is sparkly and new. While their number of attractions is on the smaller side, there is still a good enough selection of things to cool you off on a hot day. Not to mention, they have plenty of lifeguards posted at various spots in the park, and they are quick to tell a misbehaving child if they are, for example, horsing around in the wave pool. (Not that I have ANY experience with this... *side eyes rambunctious 6 year old niece*) However, during COVID, this place is DOING THE DAMN THING! Doing any sort of 'fun' activity during COVID is admittedly a calculated risk. Yet I truly felt like I was well-protected because I have never seen such an aggressive form of sanitation in my life. Breakwater Beach had designated sanitizers for all of the attractions - so you got off your inner tube, and it was immediately sprayed with sanitizer. You walked on a ride, you sanitized your hands. You flew down the 'banana slide,' screamed your face off, and handed your matt to get a thorough cleaning. Social distancing markers were everywhere and workers wore masks. I wish we took such drastic sanitation measures at my job, TBH! But the best part is...we booked a birthday party at Breakwater Beach for my rambunctious 6-year-old niece (the one mentioned above who TOTALLY WAS NOT HORSING AROUND IN THE WAVEPOOL!). We were given a designated a cabana for our partying and an associated who was in charge of the party. Shout out to Katie for being the MVP of Breakwater Beach. Holy moly, this girl did not stop for us all day - bringing water, pizza, goodie bags, ensuring everyone was happy...to be so peppy and so helpful is honestly a feather in her cap. Breakwater Beach, please give Katie a raise immediately. We were the first group to book a party there; perhaps we are crazy, but if your child has a birthday in the next few weeks and you're in the area, please inquire about having it at Breakwater Beach. Because the water park is opened at limited capacity, there was essentially no wait for the attractions, and we were able to freely ride all day, up until 6pm at night. Breakwater Beach was always clean, fun, and friendly, but now, it has really become a great place to bring the kids during COVID. Don't sit on this one! PS - their food is amazing. It's just greasy boardwalk food, but it's delicious greasy boardwalk food.
