I have been using Tire Storage (www.tirestorage.com) for the past several years. I've experienced nothing but excellent customer service. This type of company exists to make your life easy and they do exactly that. Easy online scheduling where I can select my dealership and a date and within a couple clicks everything is set. They've always been on time with great communication. This week I had a change in my schedule and reached out to see if they could deliver a day early. There sits showed no availability for that day. But I got a quick email reply from the GM, Ryan, saying he would be happy to adjust the delivery date. They just make it so easy and I am grateful to encounter good service. TLDR: They lost my tires and I had to purchase new ones for over $1000. Considering their only job is to store tires, that's pretty bad. Apparently, back in June, they had an issue with picking up my tires from Discount. There was no response after my message to try and pick them up again. They just went silent. I had to call discount to get confirmation that "someone had picked up my tires." And after I expressed disappointment with their lack of communication and customer service here, they've said nothing. Don't make the same expensive mistake I did by trusting them. read more

I have used this service for about 18 months, including some extra swaps as we replaced a car that had seasonal tires on at the time (long story lol). I've been totally satisfied with them on all levels- scheduling the drop offs and pickups is easy and they've been accurate and on time every time I have needed them. Even getting my account set up the first time was easy, and the advertising is true- I never have had to touch my tires. I just have them dropped off at my tire shop a day ahead of my appointment and picked up again after. All in all, I find this service to be very worth the money. I live in an apartment with very limited storage, and this service is definitely, DEFINITELY better than renting a storage unit and lugging my tires into and out of it. read more

I can't say enough Mike and the team at this place. Incredibly responsive, door-to-door service, and really friendly. Puts the humanity back in dealing with businesses. Rates are very reasonable and the service is incredible. I ended up moving out Denver while my tires were still in storage (it took me awhile to figure out where I was going to put them in my new place) and Mike was very helpful and communicative the entire time. Billing was super easy, too. My monthly bill would come in a mobile-friendly email and I would just Apple Pay it right on my phone and be done in 2 seconds. If you need tire storage and you need someone to take care of everything for you from beginning to end so you don't have to stress over it for a very reasonable rate and deal with really nice people, this is your place and your search is over. read more

In short, this place rocks. A little pricey but worth it if you are short on storage space. I ended-up having a situation where I sold the car I was storing the tires for, and Mike worked with me on finding a place to drop off the tires so I could sell them/have people come check them out without having to store them at my apartment. I can't say enough about Seasonal Tire Storage!........ I had a friend in town from Africa that we had planned to drive up to Breck. He had never seen mountains or snow before so I really wanted to make that happen however I couldn't do it w/o my snow tires....After sending an email the night before he got back to me @ 7:30am the next day which was so great. We ran into problems since it was a Sunday finding a place that was open and could service me right away. We looked @ several places to find and he helped w that calling around to see who was open. He was onboard w the mission. Once me and the driver got there there were 2 places one was closed all together and the other was a 4hr wait. I had arrangements to pick up my friend @ 10am. Finally the 3rd place was able to take care of me right away putting this poor driver on a wild goose chase. Once the tires were dropped off he wanted to wait to get the tires they were taking off, so I would have peace of mind that my tires were secure and taken back right away back to the storage. I asked him if he had any plans and if he could and would be willing to be my chauffeur while waiting for the job to be done and he was willing to do that which saved me so much time! I found this new service, seasonal tire storage.. they will store your tires for you while you either have your summer or winter tires on. They come and pick them up from you and then deliver them when you want to swap your tires and rims out. I found this a great service as its always a hassle to load the tires in our cars, there is never enough room in the trunk for all of them and we have to always put one in the car and they are filthy.. just a mess.. also now i can just have my wife bring the car to our tire store we use and they will bring the tires so she doesnt have to lift them and i dont have to deal with it when im at home.. the guys i talked to were prompt and helpful in answering any questions i had.. great service... read more
