These are now my go to ream for HVAC service, repair and replacement. They say that 80% of the reliability of an HVAC system comes from the original HVAC team, and how they installed it and only 20% comes from the equipment itself. If that's the case, you definitely want these guys on your side too. I had our entire HVAC (both heating and AC) replaced by Season's Comforts in 2021. They sent out a huge crew and did a great job. It has worked flawlessly for 4 years in the swampy Atlanta heat. This 4th of July weekend, I came home to an AC unit that wouldn't blow hot air. I called the main line and Andy came out Monday afternoon and got us back up and running inside of 5 minutes! (Spoiler alert: it was a blown capacitor - which is a pretty inexpensive part to replace). These guys are the best. I have been using this company for a little less than 10 years and they have always been awesome: - responsive as to come within hours when the school or year as a problem - replaced my old systems with new Trane at a great price (even though it was an emergency) - provided me with great option to maintain my basement with a low humidity. I've used Seasons Comforts multiple times at my previous home. There, they repairs my HVAC system several times and replaced my AC unit. Their pricing was the best from the companies I got estimates from. Their service was always great and they never pushed replacing anything that didn't need to be replaced. More recently, my AC unit at my new house went out. I called them and they were able to squeeze me in later that same day. Once again, they quickly repaired my system and had me up and running a short time after they arrived. I also felt their pricing was still very good. Due to a misunderstanding and miscommunication, my new dual-fuel furnace and heat pump combo was not what I expected in operation. Everything was great up to this point with reasonable pricing, prompt scheduling, and helpful service visits. I called the main office shortly after the installation team left and voiced my concerns. While I technically signed a document that stated the work was completed to my satisfaction and as agreed, Seasons Comfort wanted to make it right. The next day (!!!) they sent a team back to my house to make the my previous smart thermostat works with the new Trane system by running an additional wire from the attic down to the unit three stories down. They did it the right way and ran through the wall, not shortcutting on the exterior. Seasons Comfort went the extra mile and did so without asking for an additional penny. I and my family love our new Trane dual-fuel system and am looking forward to reduced energy consumption and comfort year-round. Alex and the rest of the team were all courteous and respectful of my house and family. They cleaned up after themselves and left the place better than they found it. Seasons Comfort seems to only hire trustworthy, professional, kind people. My wife feels comfortable with any of their workers in the house, and we have had several visits culminating in deciding the old system was not worth additional repairs. I am pleased to have a trusted HVAC team. I can't say that I'm looking forward to replacing the rest of my system but I can say Seasons Comforts has earned a customer for life the hard way. read more

Dmitry and team came to my home to install an all new HVAC system and they did not mess around. An army of guys came to the house on the morning of extraction and install. I looked out my window and saw 6 trucks. They took out the existing ductwork and HVAC systems in record time. They installed all new system, ductwork, pump, etc. Everything was tested to make sure the system worked properly. Dmitry was always responsive to any followup questions I had after they left. They submitted all the paperwork necessary to register my products for the Trane warranty and sent it to me via email. I was amazed that I had an entirely new system in one day. This place is stellar. They helped me w a tricky a/c zoned system and did it quickly in the heat of August. Andy, one of the owners, was personable and made sure my old unit had enough Freon-type fluid in it to function till he could get the new system. He explained all to me and was so reassuring. This company is an absolute delight to work with. Andy came to my home after my A/C died. They were punctual, respectful, competent and extremely understandable of our situation. Andy gave us an estimate, recommend solutions, offered assistance and we hired them to replace the old A/C unit, provide an extra vent and complete the removal of the old equipment, which came with their services. They showed up a day earlier, installed the system, checked our other thermostats, and left the working area spotless. The pricing was extremely reasonable and better than their competitors. 100% quality work, you can tell this company is about service with the utmost care for their customers.
