Staff took time to show different trees and looking at all the different varieties. I opted to have Allen's deliver and plant for us. They were very accommodating when we needed to reschedule twice. The on-site install crew was very professional, hauled away all debris and left the yard in pristine condition. Also did an excellent job staking the trees. Spring of 2023 comes around and they decided to do a spring treatment even though I cancelled over the phone and removed my credit card from their website. I called them and told them I didn't authorize the treatment and they insisted I pay since they didn't have a record of my cancelation. If you decide to roll the dice with this company, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING!!! I was stupid for not insisting on a confirmation of my cancelled service. They got an extra $125 out of me for work I didn't approve - and don't tell them you're not paying it, they will attempt to take you to collections!
