Food and service needs a lot of work , they want you to pay and tip before you get your food , now I know why. Terrible for sure.

Placed an order for pizza and fries via Grubhub at 10:56 AM. Was supposed to be delivered by 11:50 AM. Now, I have the option set on GrubHub for no contact delivery and to notify me via text when my order is here. I started milling around the house, doing other things. My order did not come at 11:50. I checked the Grubhub tracker, it said "arriving soon." I figured they're running behind, no problem. But then something started seeming wrong around 12:25 or so, so I checked my steps. My order is sitting out there. Okay, good! Oh, but not good. I get in the house and it's covered in ants. Because it had sat out for a while without me knowing, apparently. Because no one called or texted. The fries seemed fine. But I hurriedly got the pizza into the trash because my kitchen island was getting overrun. I call the restaurant and explain what happened. At first I was like "Hey, can y'all send me another pizza and then I'm good." Well, snotty girl on the phone wants to insist that they called and texted me. Uh, no you didn't. I didn't get any phone calls, any texts from anyone. My phone was right beside me. I called Grubhub first at 12:32. They called the restaurant a couple of times and then weren't really any help so I hung up with them and figured I have to take it up wit the restaurant myself. But suddenly at 12:37 PM, I get a text from a random number that "Your Seasons Pizza Brooklyn delivery is ready". GrubHub texts from the same numbers, usually, so that's not even an official Grubhub notification. And clearly they were just trying to cover themselves as if I'm an idiot. Anyway, talk to snotty girl who insists on me being called and texted, which I know is a lie, so I finally just ask her for a refund. She said "we're going to come pick up the food then." Uh, no you're not...don't come to my house. I would like a refund, thanks. I then ask to speak to a manager. She puts me on hold then comes back and then says that she actually is the manager. Yeah, right. I finally had to demand my refund and then hang up. And if they don't give it to me, that's fine, I'll do a chargeback. The point. Terrible customer service. All I wanted was another pizza. For your screw up. So BYE FELICIA. Don't ever eat here. Note that as of even 12:55 PM, my GrubHub status for that order STILL says "arriving soon." read more

Worst pizza EVER! We spent $50 for pizza and wings. I wish I took the kids to Chuck E Cheese on a Friday night when it was packed with 3 year old birthday parties. At least they would have had an excuse for terrible pizza. I've had $5 grocery store "hot and ready" pizza better than this crap. I'm fairly certain that I've had Easy Bake Oven pizza that was better than this. Needless to say, we will never make this mistake again. Ordered Cheese Pizza and Buffalo Chicken Pizza. Restaurant lies and delivery services. They advertise on major sites like Grubhub and DoorDash but do not actually deliver to the neighborhoods they say they would. Wasted one hour waiting for dinner. When I called them they refused to give me a refund and said that I need to deal with Grubhub. I called Grubhub and they informed me that this restaurant has indeed said they do deliver to my neighborhood. Obviously this restaurant lies. First off let me say that my family and I consider ourselves pizza experts because we will travel far and wide to find the perfect pizza. My husband would say that the perfect pizza can only be found at Round Table Pizza in California, but since we are not in California, Seasons is the closest to perfect that we have found. Seasons has a huge menu that includes pizza, wings, subs, fried chicken, ribs and salads. We have really only tried the wings (large and crispy and sauced just right), salad (my daughter is addicted to the asian chicken salad) and the pizza. The pizza crust is nice and crisp, which can be hard to find around here. I am not a huge sauce fan so we order it with light sauce, but it is tasty. The veggies are very fresh and are not soggy after cooking and the meat is very tasty and plentiful. Seasons is the only pizza place I will order a pizza with more than 2 toppings due to problems with doughy centers. I have never had to send one back for another trip through the oven as I have at my local chain pizza places. I believe that most of the business comes from deliveries as we are usually the only people in the restaurant, but they do seem busy. We never wait long for our food and they are generous with extra sauce and dressing for the wings. The only thing I have tried and not enjoyed was the fried mushrooms which were soggy and tasted like the freezer. If you are tired of the usual chain pizza joints, I would highly recommend giving Seasons a try. read more

I would give this establishment a 2 star rating, but that would be generous...My parents went to get their food because they were hungry and Seasons Pizza was close. They came back with the food and it looked delicious . We got he Ravioli with meatballs and my parents got the pesto pasta with chicken. The food was as good as it looked. But the next day half my family got sick from eating their food! we all got food poisoning and got ill. i wouldnt recommend this place at all!!!!!! and we just went there a few days ago too. crazy. Ordered a medium "The Works" pizza and the appetizer combo for delivery. Food arrived lukewarm and nowhere near how hot it should have been. The pizza is just a supreme pizza advertised as something glorious. This pizza does not compare to Pizza Hut, Domino's, Papa John's, etc... If Little Ceasars' peppporoni pizza was a 10, this would be a 3. The appetizer combo's mozzarella sticks were not melted; they were just cheese sticks with baked on bread crumbs. The chicken tenders resemble soggy chicken McNuggets, but larger. The onion rings were decent. The ring of onion was rather skinny and the breading was of standard thickness, but at least there were crispy. The reason why I gave this place 2 stars is because they have a decent selection. The reason it is only a 2 star is because that food isn't prepared well and because their price doesn't justify the quality, or lack there of, of their food. read more

I use their delivery option alot. I have dined in so I do not know how their customer service is or how nice the inside is, all I can post about is the calls, order and delivery. My husband and I order delivery from Season's Pizza at least 2x's a week, mainly for the convenience and the have good chicken and broccoli alfredo and amazing cheese steak subs! We used to order the mozzarella cheese sticks but the last few orders were not good. The outside layer is good, but the cheese inside is not melted and on two occasions not warm, so we changed our appetizer to a chicken quesadilla to split and have been happy with that. The employees answering the calls and taking orders always seem pleasant and are polite. I always ask the employee to have the driver call when they pull up, since we live on the second floor of a house that has roommates, and unfortunately this is a fifty/fifty. There are a couple drivers who do this regularly and it seems there are two drivers that could careless, either a communication issue between employee and driver or like I stated they could careless. We continue to order from here as the friendliness and good food are well worth it. read more

I have been an advocate for seasons pizza, in a neighborhood full of sub-par roach infested restaurants. This has been the one place I could order food from knowing it was atleast good enough to be eaten and not thrown away, until now. I ordered the chicken breast dinner for $10.99, i didn't get a breast. I got a frozen chicken cutlet that had maybe 10% of the meet a breast would have. It was sooooooo salty that I couldn't get down the little bit they gave me. I called to complain and was left on hold for a long time after telling them my issue. Seasons Pizza was not impressive across all markers. Ordered an XL pizza with ricotta as a topping, and a baked ziti with meatballs. The sauce on the baked ziti was far too sweet. I know that is personal opinion, but it was almost too much to bear. The meatballs in the baked ziti (two of them) were OK, but didn't wow me at all. As for the pizza, I ordered what they called an XL and either they sent me home with the wrong size, or they have no idea about sizing. Typically an XL is 18" (that is a standard NY size of pizza). So I've ordered from seasons before and always had a great experience. Over the last 3 months it seems impossible all of a sudden to get orders right. We order out at my work so it's not like I can walk up to the counter and complain. I have gotten the BLT with what looked like uncooked bacon but at a second glance looked like it was just thrown in the microwave in a clump. I also get the crabcake sandwhich with tartar sauce. It usually comes with fries but I always ask for no fries because I never eat them and don't want to waste food. I always have to go back and forth with whoever is taking the order about that. We ordered delivery online and the website was very easy to navigate. It took about 30 minutes to receive our food. JWe ordered the classic cheese steak. It was ok. The food was not hot more like luke warm. My sub was overloaded with hots so it was hard to eat. The krazy fries were good but a little overpriced for the portion received ($8). This was a terrible experience. We knew we should have left the restaurant when the women who was sitting before us warned us that the waiter we have was slow and moody. First off, the waitress was in a terrible mood and would barely look at us. Second, they took about an hour and a half to bring out 3 of the 4 and our dishes. Then when I went up to ask where the 4th dish was and the man blew me off and never came back to help. When I got back to the table my friend pulled a hair out of her food. And when I say hair I mean a long nasty piece of hair. Disgusting! When the lady came, we told her what happened and she said she will get the manger. And guess what? She never did!! She took the dish and walked away! How rude! Then about 40 minutes later, they brought out burnt Mac and cheese with some weird seasoning on it. And guess what? We ordered chicken tenders. We ended up paying for half of it and the lady said, "excuse me" when we complained. Damn, I wish we had gotten her name. Never going here again!! Trust me. Overall, this was an absolute disgrace. Hello, My name is Adam Long. I was in Brooklyn, MD for business part of Dec 2012 and part of Jan 2013. My co-worker Charles and I decided to try Season's because rumor had it that it was a great place to eat: great food, service and atmosphere! So we went in on a Tuesday night and fell in love with the place. We decided to make that our restaurant of choice from that day forward while we were in Maryland. The food was wonderful as was the presentation. The staff was adoring, especially Dina, the manager, she made us feel right at home! We were like family, so our hat is off to her most certainly!! The atmosphere was very clean and tasteful. As a former cook I always tend to peek around the open kitchen at restaurants when available so from what I could see from the counter everything was orderly, neat, clean and sparkling. We hope to return to Baltimore area some time in the near future and we look forward to eating at Season's and seeing the staff again....especially Dina!...she's a keeper!! Went here for pizza, ordered a large with mushrooms and feta cheese (feta cheese is considered a premium topping, which is like 50 cents more or whatever extra). While I was waiting on it to be done, I over heard the manager screaming at an employee, he was yelling at a delivery driver outside, I was inside and I could hear the very intense argument. When I took the pizza home there was no feta cheese, which I figured was a mistake, and it must have been a bad day. The next time I went back I ordered the same thing and told the person I didnt get any feta last time, she assured me she would tell them to put on extra for me. While i was waiting on the pizza I noticed that they had cheesecake in the display case, WHICH HAD MOLD ON IT. I was so disturbed I cancelled my pizza and left. I have had problems with this location many times. They have always forgotten things but it went to a whole new level when I ordered salad and it came to me with little gnats flying around in it. I've also had issues with my food being undercooked and our nacho chips being stale and nasty. On each occasion I have called and spoke with Christy the manager who is rude disrespectful and not willing to help. On each occasion I have had to go to the owner of this location. On the more severe issues I've had to turn to the Better Business Bureau and the health department. I would not recommend this location. read more

The Italian sub was heaped with excellent deli ham and salami on a nice Italian hoagie roll. The pizza dough was hand made and cheese was tasty with the nice oil that comes out with heat. Since discovering this place a few weeks ago we've been back 4 times! I was looking for a change after becoming disenfranchised with our local Pizza Bolis and Seasons Pizza was the answer! Sure they will always get at least 1 thing wrong in your order and sure the staff don't seem to know the difference between their eight different hot pepper options but I still love them. I think they use quality ingredients and even if they do omit something I'm still happy with the result. My husband loves the chicken and spinach salad while I'm a huge fan of their subs, I've even experimented with their pizza which I found to be quite good. Most of the prices are reasonable. I would venture to say though that they are a bit higher priced then Pizza Bolis but I'll chalk that up to nicer facilities and food. The menu is extensive and they offer pick up, carry out, or dine in options. I like that I can order online and spend as much time as I was customizing everything. All in all Seasons Pizza is my new favorite take out restaurant. read more

I started getting seasons when I moved into the area over three years ago. I order from them 2-3 times a week at least. The food CAN be good depending on who's working I guess. Sometimes the pizza is on the money.. Sometimes way too much sauce/ deep dish crust when ordered thin/ etc. My main gripe is the fact that they get my order wrong a lot. Usually I just try to make due, but most recently I decided that enough was enough and called to complain to the manager. She was extremely rude and spent most of the conversation trying to convince me that I was wrong. No apology what so ever. All this was over SPAGHETTI! Something that probably costs $2 to make!! I could understand the attitude if I was constantly calling to complain, but one time in three years? Needless to say, I will not be patronizing this restraunt anymore. Go ahead and order if you're feeling lucky and want to gamble. If you actually want to get what you order, I suggest finding a restaurant that actually values their customers. read more
