I'd say this spot is a solid 3.5 from this first experience. The staff were very friendly and service was quick. The dining room was spacious with lots of seating. My bf ordered their pizza slice combo which comes with a side salad and drink. The side salad was large with a good amount of salad fixings. I ordered just a slice of cheese pizza since I wasn't very hungry. The pizza was pretty good and the slice was large. I loved the generous amount of cheese. The crust was just a bit inconsistent; too floppy towards what would be the middle of the pie and a bit too crunchy on the end in my opinion. The sauce was good, nothing particularly notable, but a good amount. Overall, I'd try this spot again since the service was good and I'd like to try some other menu items to see how they are. read more

I popped in for lunch with a girlfriend spontaneously. It's more of a hole In the wall ambiance wise but the food was delicious-I got lasagna that had the best cheese pull and it came with garlic bread that was great for dipping with the cheesy sauce the lasagna was baked in. Local neighborhood-type Italian spot. Driving by, I suddenly got a craving a good cheese slice. Decided to give this spot a try. This was a simple slice if cheese pizza... BUT... the simplicity of this slice is what made it extremely fulfilling. The crust was NYC/ Long Island thin (just right). The cheese and the tomato... just right. And upon folding (as all NYers naturally do), the perfect 'oil drip' was there. Not too much. Not too little. You KNEW this pizza was made the right way. Now, I haven't had anything else here but the cheese slice... PERFECT! SCORE!!! Not to mention, the staff was very busy (always a good sign), professional and courteous. I was very satisfied with my meal. When I tried their food before I got a side of meatballs and a pepperoni pizza. The pizza was just okay but the meatballs were really good so I decided to get a full portion this time. I will say that this time the meatballs were a little over cooked. The meat was a little too soft for my liking this time but I still enjoyed it. It was flavorful and the sauce tasted homemade!! I always get cheese on top which gives it the slight saltiness that it needs. I'll absolutely order the meatballs again though, I understand not every batch will be perfect!! So my quest for the best pizza in Baltimore lead me to 3 Brothers. It's located in the shopping center off Washington Blvd. The experience was great my waitress was very nice & accommodating had me excited for my order. I elected to try a slice of pepperoni pizza & a Rueben on rye with fries. The drinks were self serving with free refills that's a plus. But sadly that was the only good part of the visit besides the service. My pizza was too greasy that I couldn't tell you how it tasted. Then the Rueben came out pretty much the same way. If i would've know it was going to be like this i would've asked for it to not be warmed up. So unfortunately I can't give 3 Brothers my seal of approval this falls under the go at your own risk cause I promise I'm never going back to give them a second chance. Came here for lunch while working nearby. We usually go to M**'s but wanted something different and this place had great reviews. Turns out...those reviews were right. Had a nice pasta dish with meatballs. Very traditional stuff. Very basic. But boy was it good. It was far better than I imagined. My coworkers both enjoyed their meals, too. Was really excited to try this restaurant given how close it is to us and the good reviews. We ordered from UberEats to get it delivered but unfortunately was disappointing. Firstly when the food arrived both the driver and myself thought we were missing our order of Fettucine(We ordered Fettucine Alfredo and a Pizza). Driver said that the restaurant did not have it on order so he brought what he had. Once I got the pizza box and the driver had left, we opened it to find that it had the order of Fettucine and Garlic Bread in the box, not a pizza. So we were in fact missing our pizza... I reported this to UberEats and was reimbursed for the pizza, but this was completely surprising. This was clearly not the delivery person's fault since they quickly acknowledged to me that they were missing items and told me how I could get a refund and call the restaurant if I wanted to try and get the missing food. He also said he waited for the pizza until the restaurant staff said they did not have it in their system. Of course being a food reviewer, I did not feel like doing that extra effort to get a free pizza out of them since that does not feel right and instead decided to write a review. Additionally, the receipt attached by the restaurant had the pizza listed on it so they evidently did have it on our order. Uber does lose money in situations like this since they refunded me but the restaurant still gets paid for all the products even though not everything was given to the driver. We were really looking forward to the pizza since the pictures online looked great. Fettucine was okay, but it was too creamy and somewhat bland sadly. We may consider trying here again, but this was a really upsetting food experience for Valentine's Day. read more

Only had takeout so I can't really comment on the atmosphere but the food is good. Nothing too fancy but very comforting. A word of warning they put a lot of olives in their house salad so if you don't like olives make sure to ask for no olives. Three Brothers saved the day! A certain nearby fast food Chinese place (which I won't name) screwed me over today, and I left for 3 Brothers for not having one of their staple items, fried rice. I had been to Three Brothers somewhat frequently as it was close to my office. I always get the same thing the slice of pizza (add sausage), side salad, & drink for about $6.80 total after tax. I used to go to the one in Columbia near my old office, but they closed at the end of February 2017 due to rising rent. The disappointment in that convenient lunch spot near my office was overshadowed in April 2017 by the announcement of that company shutting down. The Columbia location was never friendly and even flat out rude to me on one occasion, but this location in Halethorpe/Landsdowne area is always at least cordial if not friendly and is close to my current office. Today, I told the cashier about the no fried rice at the Chinese place, and she was in shock that they would just not have any. She was very nice. The salad is good. The pizza is good; nothing to write home about, but it's convenient and still enjoyable. I even bumped into a coworker and had lunch with him there. If the Chinese had their fried rice, I wouldn't have bumped into him; so at least that was a nice silver lining. read more

I was greeted right away when I walked in. I decided to go with the chicken ceasar wrap with fries. Nothing BUT chicken. It was so fresh and warm from the wrap, I was so sad at my last bite. We got their "big deal" to go, which was large pizza w/ wings & mozzarella sticks for $20. I asked for the wings well done & added pepperoni to the pizza, so the price added up just a bit more. The girl behind the counter was friendly and the only one handling the tables; since the tables were nearly empty, so it didn't seem to be a big burden for her. It wasn't a long wait for the food, and it was still nice & hot when we got home, so it was a matter of testing and tasting to see how we liked what we got. Meh. It was okay. The pizza oven could definitely be hotter; the pizza would have been better if the crust was crispy and the cheese maybe a little burned, but it was a soft crust, and the slices just kind of folded down as we picked them up. I purchased 10 pizzas in the past two days and spent over $400. I couldn't believe that the front desk worker would not give me more than five crushed red pepper packets, and five Parmesan packets for each visit. I asked the front desk person if I could have more, and she replied no this is what you get for your order. I then asked her could I possibly buy the packets and she replied no we don't sell them. I then asked her if I was willing to give you $10 could you give me more packets? She then looked at the Cook spoken Spanish and looked back at me. At this point, I said never mind. The pizzas are really good but the front employees are not warm or welcoming and I will be taking my business elsewhere. It's really sad because I was willing to spend another $800 for the next four days. I have a large work project that requires a lot of people and they need to be fed. It's sad that you will lose a good customer over crushed red packets and Parmesan cheese packets. read more

For me Three Brothers has always been hit or miss. I like some of the locations and others not so much. For those who don't know Three Brothers is essentially an Italian somewhat fast food place. They have a pretty large menu that contains a variety of Italian eats, various cheese-steaks and sandwich options, wings etc. I'll be honest though. I've never really been impressed by most of the food on the menu. The flavors all seem pretty average and I can't say I've ever had anything from here (this and other locations) that has tasted amazing. The tomato sauce they use (for pasta and Italian boat items for example) is pretty plain IMO, I mean a little more oregano or parsley or rosemary or thyme...I mean use something that brings excitement and flavor to lunch. Every once in a while I get a pizza craving and this is one of the couple of places that does have a slice that I really enjoy. The personal pan pizza isn't quite as good on account of a slightly thicker crust but I think they do individual slices of pizza right. Nice thin crust, good cheese. The brownies by the register also aren't too bad either. The service I've received has always been good and the restaurant itself is nice and seems to be kept clean every time I've been there. read more

This is my favorite 3Brothers location. The manager guy is super chatty and kind of annoying, but he does take great care of this store. The real plants are a nice touch, too. It's always SO clean. The restrooms are nice and clean and always have tp n towels. And I especially appreciate that they take covid seriously here and every single staff member always has a mask on. I don't even eat inside bc it's stupid to take a mask off to eat and put yourself and all those workers in potential danger. But through the entire pandemic, we've gotten our take out from here bc it's the only place that really takes stringent precautions, always has masks on and always always has such a clean place. They also make my pizza and cheesesteak just the way I like it. Three brothers is the best in general. Even their French fries are crazy delicious. Went to walmart yesterday and got hungry so decided to eat here. My bestfriend and I ordered the "Big One" It consisted of a large pizza,hot wings and mozzarella sticks. Everything was great!! I've never had a bad meal at Three Brothers. From pizza, to subs, salads, pasta, cheese fries and calzones; it's all delicious! The dining area is spacious with both, booth and table seating. Two separate dining rooms have a TV on, usually a sporting event. They also usually play great 80's music. The restaurant is usually very clean. The front counter/waiting staff are patient and very friendly. Usually, the cashier will be the server as well. There is a fountain drink station in the dining area so you can refill at your leisure. After dinner, just leave your plates, they will come collect them. Super nice staff, delicious food and a clean restaurant. read more

One of the most unpleasant restaurant experiences ever. Keep in mind, I've been to this restaurant several times over the years since they opened. Good service, good food, never any problems...tonight was the last time I'll ever go there. Got to the counter, ordered my usual -- a tuna sandwich on wheat toast. "WE DON'T HAVE SANDWICHES". chirped the girl behind the counter. What? What kind of restaurant doesn't serve sandwiches? And how have I eaten this many times before? Okay, I'll order the tuna wrap, with hot peppers, mayo, and lettuce. "NO SORRY THAT'S FOR SUBS ONLY." Sooo.....I can't have any condiments on my tuna wrap? I should have left, and I would have left, but we were hungry. After 10 or so minutes, out comes my tuna wrap. In a stale tortilla they probably purchased from the Walmart a few doors down. The thing was so stale and hard I couldn't eat most of it -- and yes, chirpy annoying counter girl was right. There were no condiments at all on this hot mess of a tuna wrap, so it was dry as dirt. Nope, never going back. An utterly annoying dinner from start to finish. I'm just happy I don't ever have to hear that girl screeching HellOOOOOOOOO across the restaurant again. Not to mention, the salad in general had an odd taste to it. Very dry chicken in the fettucini and flavorless, actually there was NO flavor to anything. It was rather shocking how little flavor there was. I tried adding some seasoning but ended up throwing out the majority of it. TONY IS AMAZING!!! I have been to this place a bunch of times and every time I go it is great. I bring large groups of people in there after volunteering at the Maryland food bank all morning and Tony makes sure we have hot food, good service and a great atmosphere. Everything we have ordered has been great. The baked ziti with meatballs was a huge hit with my group. Tony and his staff make everything amazing. If you're looking for a place to spend about $20 on an ""Italian"" meal outside of their pizza, that tastes like store bought Ragu & pasta this is the place for you. Personally I ordered the chicken parmigiana, I loved waiting 30 minutes for poorly sliced chicken that tasted like the tenders from the Chick-fil-a across the street. But it does come with a side salad which was composed of mainly onions & olives with the pit still inside. Oh & how can I forget about the burnt garlic bread, the best! I ordered mozzarella sticks and the New Orleans Cajun chicken lunch special dish for carry out. I started with the mozzarella sticks. They were typical mozzarella sticks that you would buy from the grocery store, in the frozen foods aisle. Or that you would get at a middle school cafeteria. Definitely edible, but I kept getting this taste. It tasted like nail polish remover(don't worry, I was a kid when I tasted it). Then, I stopped dipping them in the marinara sauce, and that taste went away. I thought to myself, "Whew, good thing I didn't order a tomato based entree!" Then, I tried the "Cajun" chicken pasta. It wasn't spicy, in the least. Not only was it not spicy, but it wasn't flavorful, at all. It's like someone forgot to add any seasoning to the dish. There was cream. There was butter. There were noodles. There was chicken. Salt? No. Pepper? No. Cajun spices? No. I couldn't eat it. Then, I sprinkled fresh ground pepper and some salt on the food.
