This is the third time I have been to Seaon's. The first time I got a fantastic cut from Janelle. Last time I went in for a bang trim and waited 45 minutes. She spent all of about 2 minutes (literally) with me. Today I went in for a cut, waited 25 minutes and walked out. Myself, my mom, and both my sisters went here to get our nails done before my wedding. The place is very well kept, clean, and stylish. The stylists were all very friendly snd willing to do any sort of nails we wanted. They were okay with my sister having her baby which I was nice as we were apprehensive on how kids would be in the salon. One guy stepped in to do a massage for a pedicure and I swear my mom was in heaven. It was an awesome experience and I wish I lived closer to make this my regular spa. Ever since I moved to Utah in May 2024, seasons has met every need I've needed from hair, nails, lashes and spray tans! Not only have they met every need I've had, but the staff has been beyond wonderful! Everyone there is so friendly, so invested and supportive! It's unmatched from other salons! My husband and I came for their couples retreat package which was supposed to include a 50min couples massage, 50 min couples facial, 30 min sauna session, 30 min pedicure. We were scheduled at noon, our stuff didn't start until about 12:15. We weren't on a time crunch so we were totally ok to wait. Let me just say the massage and the facial were top notch. Nikki and Chantel (sorry if I spelled those wrong) really know their stuff and it was just so so amazing, I cannot say enough good things about both of those services! We could hear a lot of talking and noise/blowdryers in the room and could hear when someone would enter the front door, even heard a kiddo whining. As long as it wasn't my kiddo though I was ok lol. After the facial and massage though we weren't really instructed on what to do and the sauna seemed to be full every time we looked (before services and after) so we missed out on this part. The pedicure...was probably the most interesting pedicure of my life lol. The girls seemed nice but very inexperienced. I asked my polish not to be touched but the girl seemed so lost on what to do...didn't file down my calluses (I had to ask) and didn't touch my cuticles which by the end of the service I was ok with because I was honestly afraid she wouldn't know what to do. I think she just needed more experience and more confidence because she seemed to be looking over at the girl that was doing my husband's pedicure as to what to do next. All in all I think this package could use a little more structuring/instruction on what to do after facial/massage or just eliminate the sauna part altogether since it seemed to be first come first serve anyway. My husband & I booked a couples massage...Not the best experience. First off, the noise of everybody just outside our room was so loud, it was so hard to relax. The massages were pretty bad. Last minute I requested a haircut and color the day before thanksgiving so I wouldn't look so crazy at the family dinner. Lol. When I arrived, instead of who I was supposed to be with, Autumn, the owner of the salon took care of me. She was excellent at listening to what I wanted and I felt like she made sure I felt comfortable with everything and my hair cut and color turned out to make me look and feel like a side of French fries on a sassy French woman. For my 400th review on Yelp, Seasons Salon and Day Spa gets 5 stars for the win! I was in Utah for a few days and had some time to myself one Friday morning. I knew I've been wanting to get my hair done for the longest time (been about 2 years since my last cut/color), and I figured why not get it done somewhere in town? It took me about thirty minutes on Yelp to find somewhere worthy, let alone try to figure out who could take me. After multiple phone calls and text messages, Seasons Salon answered my hair prayers. They were able to book me for 9am, right away when they opened, and I was surprised at how easy it was to book it! Upon arrival everyone was very nice and helpful. Bailee was my hairstylist and I gave her room to play. I came knowing I wanted to cut my long hair and get some color put into it. She cut, colored, and styled it perfectly and I was so obsessed with the results. I wish I could curl my hair the way she did! If you ever need your hair done, don't hesitate to call this salon! Their pricing was also VERY reasonable!!! I've also seen what they do with nails... if I had known I would have gotten my nails done too. Well done, seasons. Wish I could come here to get my hair done all the time, but for now gotta stick to Vegas. read more

We absolutely love this place! We have been coming monthly for massages for over two years and always have a great experience. It is always clean, and has a really nice salt cave and sauna for before and after massages. We have worked with multiple people here and they have all been amazing! We especially love Jake and Pamela! The salon offers a ton of different services and the staff and owners are really personable (especially their cute cute pups hanging out). This was a struggle from the get go. When I made my appointment on line it said "women's Haircut $40) when I ended up going to pay for my cut the girls at the front desk told me it would be $47, I knew the prices didn't match up but paid it anyways, when I later inquired about that they said the Womens Haricuts start at $40 and then go up based on how experienced the stylist is. Which isn't stated ANYWHERE on their website! The girls at the front desk are extremely unprofessional and only care about hanging out with each other and taking selfie's. I made sure to tip more than 20% as well. Such a lack of customer service. My stylist Autumn (who is also the Owner of the salon) was 20 minutes late to start my scheduled appointment. She was at the front desk talking and laughing with her girls on the computer, not finishing up another client or anything like that. My haircut was great, but my stylist Autumn was extremely rude. I've never felt more uncomfortable. I explained that I worked full time and have 2 kids so I don't have a lot of time to do my hair, and wanted something relatively simple. She then proceeded to tell me that she works 70 hours a week and has 3 kids and still has time to do hers. I personally felt like this was the wrong thing to say to a client who was going to this salon for the very first time. Probably not good to be that blunt with someone you just barley meet. She was educating me on how to do my hair as she was styling it which was helpful and I do like my haircut. But the level of service wasn't there for me. Overall though I wasn't happy with how I was treated so I don't plan on going back. ** After posting this review she messaged me some very manipulative things on Instagram/ textincluding things about her health that I do not need to know. read more

They always charge more than what the service is supposed to cost. I even verified with the receptionist and the stylist. It was dead too. Not a soul in there on a Saturday afternoon. The constant exposure the owner tries to get is exhausting as well. Yes we all know the salon burned down but guilting people into going in there for that reason is tactless! Be better it's that simple. Charge the right prices and don't try to sneak in extra fees and supposed services we didn't order or give permission on. Also the extra deep conditioning I always get charged for I never receive. A shampoo and condition isn't a deep condition I know the difference. Also it would be so easy for merchandise to be stolen because the girls are always in a room behind the desk with the door closed and the merchandise is right in front. Don't let them sell your products there. read more

EDIT: So after my experience with Seasons I went to another lash artist with years of experience and she had to remove all of my lashes from Seasons and apply a new set correctly. She said it looks like someone very inexperienced just threw them on my eyelashes. I'm a little upset because I expect high quality work if I'm paying that much money. The photo below is a before (seasons) and after (my new lash lady), admittedly it had been about 2.5 weeks and I needed a fill but the difference in quality is undeniable. 2 stars because seasons "fixed" my old lashes free of charge. The manager seems very on top of things but the staff gossips a lot and aren't very friendly. They were especially cold when I got my free fix. read more

Spent $180 on a couples facial. I basically got lotion lightly rubbed in my face for 50 minutes. The lady had such long nails she couldn't actually massage my face very well either. I thought the neck arm and hand massage would be better but it wasn't. Then at the end, the receptionist asked me if I wanted to leave a tip right in front of the lady that worked on me. Very cute place!! Mariah is definitely the best!! She does a variety of services. Her nails are beautiful and well done. She is also very talented at nail art!! Super sweet and personable!!! I will add that the girls at the front desk seem cold and not very personable. They make you feel very uncomfortable coming in and leaving. I've not had them smile at me one time that I have been in and they look at you very judgy. Maybe get some more personable people at the front desk that start and end the visit on a more positive note. read more

I reserved 2 Seasonal packages for my friend and I. It was her Christmas present, a girls spa day. These were not cheap. We were suppose to get a 30 minute pedi, an hour massage, and a 30 mi it's facial. Well we were on time, they were late getting us. My friends pedi started late because the girl that was suppose to do hers was still finishing up on another person. We got our polish changed and that was it for the pedi. Seriously that was it. They said it was our fault they were running late and that was all they could do to get us into the massage, well that lasted maybe 30 minutes. I got my shoulders and neck rubbed and again that was it. Then they I was to start my facial. It was 20 minutes and then they were pushing us out the door. I paid $325 for that! I'm sorry they overbooked the appointments but why is it our fault? If I remember right a pedi also involves callus removal, in a massage you should have more then you shoulders rubbed, and if you're paying for a 30 minute facial, then give me a 30 minute facial. I will never waste my money there again! I do want to say that I don't think it has anything to do with the girls performing the services, there was a blond lady pushing everything to move faster. Again, we were at the appointment on time, not our fault they can't manage time better. Save your money, don't bother going there. read more

My nails look like a little girl did them and the pedicure was short they didn't even put lotion on! And they charged way way way to much for what they actually did. The girl we're very sweet. I should have read the other reviews before going here. Terrible pedicure. Me and my daughter were super disappointed with this place and the service. First off..the SUPER LOUD MUSIC was annoying, the lights were super bright and we had to listen to the loud conversation between a customer and the beautician who was cutting her hair..they spoke so loud b/c it was hard to hear over the music. Second.. the girls giving us pedicures acted like they really didn't know what they were doing, maybe it was the first time they'd given a pedicure, or they didn't want to be there, or maybe they were stone. I don't know, but the WHOLE VIBE WAS ODD. One spent about 45 minutes removing the gel that was already on my daughter's nails (it wasn't that bad--she hardly had any polish on there-the girl just moved SO SLOW) and then only 15 minutes on her pedicure. The girl doing my pedicure hardly buffed my feet at all and then after giving me a light little leg rub with some type of lotion/gel stuff (it wasn't a massaged-so it just felt awkward) she used the same water in the tub to rinse my legs and she hardly rinsed them b/c when I got home the thick stuff was still on my legs.. I couldn't even get it off with a wash cloth it was so thick-I had to rinse my legs in the shower. Also she didn't a pretty bad job on the nail polish. Third -TERRIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE CHAIRS. No one wants to sit in some uncomfortable cheap Ashley Furniture modern chair when they get a pedicure--we're looking for comfort. The same chairs they had in the waiting area are what they have when you get your pedicure. Again, just ODD. I spent $126 on 2 really crappy pedicures and, for some dumb reason, gave a pretty good tip. Def won't be going back. The only good part was getting to spend some time with my daughter. read more

I had the BEST massage yesterday with Maddie. I don't normally write reviews because I'm so busy but I've had massages at some of the top salons around the world and this was probably one of the top 5 BEST massages I have ever had. Perfect pressure- just like I asked, she didn't talk unless I asked her questions, she was so professional and spent the perfect amount of time on every part of my body. In addition, the actual spa was so professional and relaxing. That have a room where you change into your robe, then another room for a foot soak before your masseuse comes and gets you. I added wefts of hair to 6 rows of beaded sew in extensions - now it feels like me and is worth the investment. They didn't try to charge me up the wazoo, and they understood how extensions lay, sit and blend. I really want to love this place because it's convenient to get to. I had my natural lashes damaged from poorly applied lash extensions here. There was so much glue on the lashes that they were practically glued on like strip lashes and was pulling off my natural lashes by the roots. It was so bad, I wanted to cry. They offered to remove the extensions. The tech that removed them was surprised at how bad they were. It took over two months for my natural lashes to grow back with the help of babe lash. They offered a free new set with a different tech. She was better but after only two days with proper care, 1/4 of the lashes on one eye already came off. It's all on one part (the outer corner), so it's noticeable. The service alone is a one star, I am adding another star because they did try to make things right but unfortunately still fell short. I'm new(ish) here so will continue my search for a good lash tech.. read more

I have been to Seasons many times for hair, nails, and massages. Unfortunately I would give my most recent visit a thumbs down. I have had pretty good experiences in the past, so I was especially disappointed because I know how good they can be. (I would give other experiences I have had 3, 4, or 5 stars, but today's was probably a 1.5. I settled on an overall 3 star rating.) When I first got there I was ignored by all of the girls at the front desk. They were too busy hanging out with each other. I--the customer-- was definitely an inconvenience and after thought to them. Or at least that is how I felt. Today I came for a massage after a crazy and stressful last few weeks. My massage therapist kind of treated me like she just wanted to get it over with so she could head home. It made me feel kind of bad and guilty which is NOT what I was looked to get out of my massage. She didn't really ask me what I was looking for or if I had any injuries or particular areas I wanted to focus on. The actual massage was very good. They have very skilled massage therapists here. I have had a different one every time and have always been pleased. In the past when I have finished with my massage, they invite to me use the sauna. This was not the case today. I was again kind of rushed out of there. Then I went to check out at the front desk and again, the girls were so busy hanging out with some friends that had stopped by that I ended up having to wait for about 5 minutes. And then the girl tried to charge me for a more expensive massage that I didn't actually get. Overall, I was just so anxious to get out of there rather than leaving feeling refreshed and relaxed. I was super bummed about that. Really hoping they can improve some of these things so that I feel I can continue to be a frequent customer. read more

I am late in posting this review but want to do so to help promote Seasons. I came here for my hair, manicures and pedicures for two years while I lived in the area. My hair stylist was exceptional. Whatever I wanted to do with my hair that day, she made it happen and beyond my expectations. She was also attentive to my needs, a great communicator and showed that she cared about her clients. She was humble and real. There were different girls that did my nails, and they were all great. The decor here is inviting. The bathroom was really relaxing. Sounds weird but it is! For some reason, things just weren't working out with my hair and appointments the last few times. I reached out to Autumn (owner) who was more than helpful to fix the issues I was having. She got me back in the next business day to Jen, to help resolve the issues from someone else. Jen was SO helpful and showed me (as well as explained to me) what she was doing to fix the issue. She even helped with ways to keep curl in my hair. She even answered my questions regarding reactions to adhesive as she also does eyelash and hair extensions. I loved chatting with her with and learning about her overall talents. I felt extra comfortable and really appreciated that she took the time to value me as a client. I felt confident leaving with the color I was looking to get the first time and I felt valued as she worked on my hair. I highly recommend Jen. She was answering all sorts of questions and went out of her way to make things right from a mistake that wasn't hers. Autumn also was super helpful, all while her dog was sick and needing a pretty big surgery. This to me spoke volumes as these are people who are also having struggles in their own lives but continue to put customers first. 10/10 recommend Jen! read more

I believe seasons salon has some great services and awesome staff, but I also feel the need to write about the eyelash extensions I've had from here. In the past I've loved what they gave me and then I went again and didn't love them as much as before and then I became a little more educated on eyelash extensions and what's good and what's not, which led me to write this review. Recently, my volume lashes were bothering me after about a week and with volume lashes when they fall out, the chunks are noticeable and so I figured I would just get them removed. I went to another lash place to get them removed and saw a photo of what my lashes looked like from above. I was pretty shocked. It looked as though she placed 12 gigantic lashes on each eye and not every eyelash was filled. Some lashes were halfway down my natural lashes rather than at the base like they should be, making it look like a train wreck. The girl who had done my lashes only took about 35 minutes to complete the WHOLE set, spoke about showering with her boyfriend to another staff member(which made me feel wildly uncomfortable), and took a few breaks during my appointment to text. As much as I have loved this salon in the past, I think it's really important to make sure who you're going to is licensed and professional, which has not been the case for my last few visits. read more

This was my first experience here and I can't stress enough what poor quality of service we received. A friend and I scheduled an appointment for two spa pedicures that before tips ran just over $98. We knew what the price was ahead of time so that was not an issue, but I was appalled at the quality of the service given for the price paid (not to mention they doubled the amount of the tip we specified). To start with, we had a very long wait after our scheduled time and not one single person apologized for the wait, they all stood around the front desk socializing and taking selfies together instead. Yes really. When we finally got back, the girl that was doing mine said she had never done a pedicure before. Ok fine, I'll give her the benefit of the doubt. Nope. The picture I posted shows my toes not even a week later. The "spa" aspect of our pedicures was a joke. I've had many pedicures for less than half the cost where they put ten times more effort into the service they provide. I do want to make it clear that the girl who helped me was very nice, but it was clear she had no idea what she was doing. My 8 year old niece could have done a better job. I can't believe an establishment would charge that amount for such poor quality of service. I will NEVER go back and I will warn anyone thinking about going there what they are in for. read more
