Luckily, I got caught before the worst of the snow stuck and piled up! First tow company I could find was Rocket Towing, and man I could never be more thankful for these guys. My tow driver was Chris and man was he the most helpful man ever. It was a little unnerving as it was my first time being caught in snow like this but he made me feel like everything was going to be a breeze. Anyone who wants a timely, no BS tow company then PLEASE go to Rocket. You'd be wasting your time going anywhere else! It was late at night, I was leaving a party and my car wouldn't start. I didn't have any jumper cables on me and most of my friends were busy or drinking. I was really concerned because I was alone and I didn't want to be stranded late at night. I called Roadside Express because they were the closest. The tow truck was quick to arrive! The driver Corbin was friendly, professional and hospitable. The prices were also fair and reasonable. I was honestly so happy that the process was so easy. Called dealer, and as it was late in the afternoon they said I could have a loaner if I made it in before five. Called my Insurance for Roadside assistance and, aside for assurances they would pick the car up today (but could not guarantee less than four hours) they gave me a list of qualified tow services that could flatbed an EV that was locked down. Top of the list was Tow World. Greg (Tow World) told me he would be there in fifteen minutes, and he made it in thirteen. Had our Leaf on the truck bed and to the dealer within forty minutes - Just in time to transfer our groceries to the lender car and check our Leaf in for repairs. THANK YOU Greg!
