I used this service for over seven years while living in Seattle. This is my long-term (and long…read moreoverdue) review of their service. First, I've always found Ace Auto to be courteous, honest, and clear with communicating the work that my cars needed (a 2013 Camry switching to a 2017 RAV4 Hybrid later). They've always been up-front about what work is critical versus what can be delayed until later. Second, the owners are dedicated to ensuring that cars are repaired and returned in a timely fashion. When COVID hit in 2020, they went in on the weekend to fix my RAV4 all so that I could get my car back on the following Monday as promised (which wasn't actually their fault as a supplier error caused the wrong part to be shipped initially, and the right part only arrived when the shop was about to close on Friday). Third, while the service provided might not be the cheapest, I have NEVER had to take my car back in to get a repair "fixed" because it was done improperly the first time. This was really important to me because my car was my main mode of transportation as a family caregiver. I'm sorry that it took me almost eight years and two different cars to get around to writing this review. On the other hand, I can pretty confidently say that you can rely on Ace Auto to make sure your vehicle stays in great shape over the years. Thanks guys.

When I called Angel's Tire Store, they told me to come in anytime. Rafael was incredibly knowledgeable and even had the proper puck to safely lift my Tesla Model Y without damaging it. He quickly found a tiny puncture and pulled out a small broken blade tip lodged in the tire. He patched it up and had everything back on in under 15 minutes. The total came out to just $30, which felt more than fair. I was in and out with zero hassle. Highly recommend.

(How is that for putting the customer first?) So this week when I lost the door key to my 1995 Ford pickup truck, I called them and they quickly made arrangements to get a door key made so I could lock my truck. Jeff was very responsive and made the appointment for me. Leo showed up exactly on time and he quickly did the work and created two door keys for me. They charged me exactly what they quoted me over the phone. I don't know how you could have a better experience to be honest. Can I leave six stars?
