Paul's warm smile and friendly greeting set the tone for a great experience. I am always so happy when I see him behind the counter. Ashley is another team member who makes my coffee run even better. Always friendly and willing to help me fine tune a drink so it's not too this or too that, she is always patient and kind. A couple things to note: the drinks take a minute to make, so don't expect to walk or drive up and be on your way in a jiffy. They're also expensive - I got an iced 16oz drink with the works and it was over $10 before tip; not getting the fun toppings might drop your total by $1.50-2 but it's still a pricey visit. That being said, I'm giving 4 stars because once you're prepared for the wait and accept the prices, it's a fun treat and the staff are always friendly. The drinks are hit or miss for me - I'm not the biggest fan of coffee, so I don't care for the drinks that are coffee forward, but I like trying the fun seasonal flavors so I try to go at least once per season.
