I started with a pedicure and was in pain the whole time. My toes were bleeding, the polish was smudged and there was no cleanup of the polish. First off, the place was pretty dirty and hard to move around because it was so cramped. They never offered the option to pick a color, I had to ask for the book of colors right before she painted. After the pedicure was done, I sat in the chair waiting for over 30 minutes as they continued to take new customers and work on the nails of other people sitting in the pedicure chair. I ended up walking out before they did my nails. I was very disappointed and I should not have paid for that. I will not be coming back. Hours later the polish rubbed completely off all over my furniture and it looks like my toe doesn't even have a nail I'm disgusted.

Before any needle touches your face she asks if you are happy and will explain what she's doing at each step so you feel comfortable Each session is a little long so be prepared to bring headphones or fall asleep. Little did I know when I got back home that my eyebrows had completely scabbed over and I lost significant hair in my eyebrows. She made sure that I was comfortable before going ahead with the lash extension process. This was my first time getting lash extensions so I honestly wasn't sure what to expect. The whole two hours felt like it went by so fast because we talked about everything from relationships, to food, to korean dramas lol! Anna was super easy to converse with and made sure I was comfortable throughout the application process. I let her know that I'd need it to last throughout my wedding and honeymoon and she assured me she uses a strong gel. Anna seemed very knowledgeable and provided great insights into the world of lash extensions! She also waxed my brows for me and created the shape I've always wanted. My eyebrows are naturally on the thicker, "bushier" side, so I appreciated her working with me to create the best brows for my face shape. Got to our appointment and verified at the desk, where they said no, they could not soak off. I asked why, to which they said they only drill off the color (I had a couple of old designs on a clear polish background), and they'd never let the drill touch my nail bed. I was hesitant but agreed. I had a mani/pedi. The woman doing my toes filed off the first layer of old gel and soaked off the rest. Yes! Exactly what I wanted! Then the mani came (at the same time) and I shared with her again that I've had nail trauma and would like to soak off. She said they can't do that. I looked at my feet, seeing them in fact doing just that. She promises she won't drill my nail beds. Well, she did, of course. And she cut four of my fingers doing cuticle work. My nails are thin, in pain, and bleeding. Not sure why they could soak off my toes but not my hands considering they were the exact same kind of gel. Pretty disappointing experience considering the spot is really nice and pretty pricey. Won't be returning.
