The lashes I've gotten done by her are far and away better than anywhere else I've gotten them done- they are super full and long while looking natural and they also last a lot longer than other sets I've gotten (like easily three times longer). The process is super soothing and relaxing, if you have sensitive eyeballs you'd be in good hands here. I also love that everything is vegan and she gives great instructions for aftercare- in the past I've been told not to get my eyelashes wet ever (?) but she even gives you special lash shampoo for upkeep. The lashes are so pretty that I swear Beki has saved me hours of time of getting ready each morning because I pretty much just roll out of bed ready to go! The lash studio itself is also super clean and beautiful- they have some seriously gorgeous plants and the decorations are so on point, the whole aesthetic is really cool while being really relaxing. The quality of lashes is not what it was, retention was terrible and all of the lashes fell out (except 2-3) within that week. Mind you I paid over $300 for the service, including tip, but what I really wanted to post about was my recent experience with her website. I went to reschedule our upcoming lash appointment on March 30, it automatically canceled it. When I reached out to her, there's no response. She's keeping the deposit, which is fine, but it just didn't sit well with me considering how much I tipped her and support her over the years. I would not recommend going to this place, she's become like a scammer now.
