What's crazy is that we got our pedicures done on February 26th, and since then we're traveled and snowboarded twice. The pedicure grew out and even though I clipped my toenails, the polish never cracked or chipped. All the way to April 16th when I removed the polish! (for both my friend and myself!) that's crazy! However, the person that did my brows was unexperienced and new. When I told her my eyebrows stung, she said it was normal. Little did I know when I got back home that my eyebrows had completely scabbed over and I lost significant hair in my eyebrows. The whole two hours felt like it went by so fast because we talked about everything from relationships, to food, to korean dramas lol! Anna was super easy to converse with and made sure I was comfortable throughout the application process. I let her know that I'd need it to last throughout my wedding and honeymoon and she assured me she uses a strong gel. Anna seemed very knowledgeable and provided great insights into the world of lash extensions! She also waxed my brows for me and created the shape I've always wanted. My eyebrows are naturally on the thicker, "bushier" side, so I appreciated her working with me to create the best brows for my face shape. I booked a brow wax online for a 6pm appointment. When we were hit with the snow and ice, I was not able to physically leave my driveway. I called the morning of and let them know and planned a reschedule the following day hoping for better conditions. I got emails asking me for how my appointment went (which I found odd) but ignored it. The next day, I still was not able to leave my house, so I called the location the morning of and let them know I would be better off canceling and then rescheduling once the holidays were done and the weather was more stable. To my surprise, a pending $25 was applied to my card. When I called the location to ask why, the woman on the phone told me there was a no-show fee because I did not cancel 12 hours in advance and this was a generous policy bc most places are 24 hours. When I asked her if this policy applied to emergencies, she referred me to her manager, Anne. She gave me Anne's number which I called. It went to VM, so I asked Anne to call me back so I could better understand the policy and if there was some work around to the situation. I never received a call back and the charge went through on my card. Trust me, I understand the reasons for no-show fees and policy but the complete lack of understanding given the winter storm despite my longstanding timely appointments with them is disappointing. I will not be returning again and will find services elsewhere.

The result is a pair of polished, even, not too thin, not too thick, perfectly arched brows. She also handled my Brazilian wax with the same attention to detail (go on, chuckle but that is an area that I expect to be treated with respect). For some reason, this wax didn't hurt as much as my last one (at Wax On). I don't know if it was the wax or the prep. I don't really care. I'm smooth and happy. Now, here's the part that makes me super giddy: Brows: $20. Brazilian: $40 Kim is available on Mondays and Saturdays and is cool enough to try to accommodate your schedule. First visit since a change in management. Lam is expecting her first child and is no longer running things. There has been a minor remodel and a small increase in pricing. Service is still very good. Base Mani/pedi combo went from $68 in March to $70 now. Pricing without combo discount is higher. Please note they also now request tips in cash, so plan ahead. Can still use card but cash is preferred

I walked in with my baby's car seat, the gal doing my fingernails had me flip the car seat the other way in case any dust or powder would potentially land in the opening where the car seat was. Another lady did my pedicure and took me into a separate private room when I told her I needed my breast pump. She said the back room is private so I could pump in privacy. The nail salon did not have a strong smell and I settled here and was very glad I did. Very attentive and good customer service. I'd definitely come back when I am in the area
