Very fun thing to do. For $23 a person ($20 for Veterans) you get unlimited game time. Staff do ask that you only stay at one machine for 2 rounds to be courteous to other patrons, which is fine since there's so many machines, you should try them all. Every machine has a small placard with the name, history, and fun facts about each pinball game. It's not too spacious but there is a 2nd floor with more games. Wow, this place is awesome and a must go to for anyone who loves to play pinball! To start, the place has a great variety of machines from different decades, including some new ones. There are two levels and you can play each machine 2 times (or more if no one is waiting). The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have some snacks, sodas, and beers for purchase. I stayed here for the majority of the time they were opened and definitely got my pinball fill for the day. At $23 for unlimited play, it is an awesome deal when compared to over venues pay per game prices. My favorites are Elvira and Godzilla. My husband and I stopped in here while visiting Seattle and we honestly loved it. We unexpectedly sent 2 hours here! We loved the Stranger Things game and just kept going back to play again and again. It was very clean and the workers were very nice. $23 a person for unlimited play! read more

The staff are very friendly and you can easily spend your entire day here. Some classic pinball machines like Adams Family and Fun House as well as all the brand new Jersey Jack machines which can cost around 2 dollars per game in other places. The pinball museum charges a flat entrance fee. Food available is light snacks, beer and soda. Some of the machines are antiques so check the age minimum before bringing kids. This establishment is definitely geared more towards an older customer and not five year old kids just running wild. The only drawback to having so many machines is some sounds from the machines are going to be drowned out. Each game a capped to two games per person so everyone has an opportunity to play all the machines available. We were there with a moderate crowd and we were able to play the majority of the machines with little wait. The upkeep on some of their vintage machines is quite impressive with very few machines out of order. read more

We came here on a Saturday around 2pm and there was a handful of people there. We had a wristband, which allowed unlimited games. Nearly $30 per person. I don't think kids would stay entertained for more than ten minutes because it's all the same game, just with different themes. Parking is horrible. All lots are for events and are $50 to park. Street parking for two hours is mostly full and hard to find. About four games weren't working. read more

My friend recommended we check this place out and though it is kinda cool, probably not the most entertaining for kids. You walk in and get a spiel at the door and then proceed to the back where you pay. Only the kids were playing so we got kids tickets. There's an upstairs as well filled with old machines and if you're into the classics is pretty cool. I think with the kids, once you play one machine they all seemed pretty similar so they couldn't really appreciate the evolution of pinball technology. I then saw the front end guy kinda whispering to the back end guy and looking at us which made me feel a little awkward. Once we left, the guy then told us that everyone that walks in should be charged even if you're not playing . . . there were supposed to be in and out privileges but of course after being told that, we didn't feel comfortable sending just the kids back in after our snack. Definitely more of a place for pinball heads and those that can appreciate the beauty of these machines. read more

My friend and I came here on a Sunday for some pinball fun. It was unlimited play for $22 for each of us. We spent at least 2 hours playing games. They've organized their games based on how old the games are. With two floors of games (mostly pinball), I am sure there is a game for everyone. I particularly enjoyed that they even had new games that came out in 2023. It can get pretty busy here, but they have some simple rules to keep it going, such as finish your game out before changing machines and limiting yourself to two games per machine so others can play. What a dope place to spend an afternoon playing unlimited pinball for $21.00pp. They are open several days a week, but not on certain weekdays so check their opening hours before you go. The location is in the international district so parking can be a challenge on weekends, but I wouldn't let that deter you from checking this spot out! Upon walking inside there's a person keeping track of number of people entering/exiting for capacity reasons, and directing new people to the back of the store where you pay for admission. The manager in the back was friendly and helpful, giving each customer the lowdown of how the machines are set up (oldest to newer from right front of store towards back, starting from the 50's and 60's and going upstairs thru 80's to 90's and back downstairs along the left of the room from the aughts to today,) the lay of the land (bathrooms around the back counter to the left, stairs up towards the right) and also an option to purchase beverages and swag. He also mentioned to try to keep time on each machine to 2-3 games so others could get time to play, which most people seemed to abide by (or at least switch every 5-10 min or so). I was a bit surprised they let people eat/drink inside since in some of the arcades I've been to with vintage machines the management has been very careful with the maintenance and don't allow food/water in the vicinity directly by the game machines but I guess they are doing the best they can with the given space. Also there was a group of people there that had had a few too many alcoholic beverages and were being quite loud and colorful with their language, which deterred a bit from the experience. As for arcade and play experience itself, it was great! The older games were much more challenging, I hadn't played as many of these before but quite enjoyed them. Also especially liked one machine upstairs that had three different "levels" within the game, I hadn't seen this type of setup in real life before. I'd definitely come back again to spend some time here! Tip: try to get there earlier closer to when they open, as later in the afternoon if they are at capacity you may need to wait until some people leave to enter. They are good about taking down names and calling/texting once spots open up. And also you can exit the premises and return if you keep the wristband on (ie. if you need to move your car or take a breather). read more

When I was a kid I never used to play the pinball machines at arcades, because it was expensive. Each play was like a dollar or something and it felt like it wasn't worth my money. At the Seattle Pinball Museum, for $20 it's all you can play for that entire day, including re-entry. They have a stamp card (10 entries = 1 free entry) if you end up frequenting. 2 stories, bottom floor with more pinball machines (the oldest and the newest), and upper floor with some variety. I thought it was awesome to read each sign above a pinball machine and see how many had been manufactured. I was super curious to check this place out because it's mentioned in a lot of Seattle To Do lists. How it works is it's $15 for unlimited play (minus two machines at the front) and they also have an all day pass as well. This place is basically one big pinball arcade with a little history on each machine above it. The staff is super friendly and can help you if you're having trouble with any machines. The place started off a little empty which was great but then eventually it became packed which can get a little annoying having someone wait behind you. I would suggest not going on a Saturday afternoon to avoid a huge crowd. The pinball was pretty fun for the 1.5-2 hours we were there and it was cool seeing how they changed over the years until now. They have a small selection of beer, other drinks, and snacks which is also pretty cool so you could probably spend a good amount of the day here. While there is a blurb of information above many of the games to explain when it came out and some of the details of its production, this is truly more of a pinball arcade than museum. For $15 you can play unlimited games (there are two at the front which you have to pay for but the rest are free play). Getting an all day pass which allows reentry is more but available. The girl working the check in desk was nice and explained the place to us. While $15 for unlimited pinball is a pretty good deal, it is a bit hard when the place is crowded. It has two levels but isn't super big so it was hard to try every game. We did our best to make our way around but some always had people on them. There were a couple that were unplugged or just stuck/didn't start. But not many. It was cool to see the evolution of the games through the years though and the different styles. It was loud though so we only made it about an hour. If there had been less people it would have been a bit more enjoyable (I get the place is here to make money, not their fault). Parking is a bit crazy on the street so be prepared for that. Overall it's a cool place to check out I'm just not sure I would return a bunch. read more

So glad we finally made it to the pinball museum! We made good use of the $20 entrance fee and stayed for almost 5 hours playing all of the games. The order of the games from oldest to newest makes for a great natural order of playing and so that's exactly what we did! We took our time playing all of the old school games and reading the plaque for each. There are 2 floors to make your way through. They sell beverages and snacks, including beer, which is fun. We chatted with the owners, Cindy and Charlie a few times. They have a lot of knowledge so ask them anything! We purchased a couple shirts and stickers and realized when we got home that they had thrown in some extra keychains and magnets which was very kind. Definitely worth checking out especially if you have a good chunk of time to spend there. You can also leave and come back if you want to grab a bite to eat at any of the surrounding food spots - there are plenty of options. read more

One of the highlights of my weekend in Seattle was kinda stumbling across this gem in Chinatown. A major collection of pinball machines - at least 20 of them. A great spectrum of machines throughout the years from older more original machines and up to very modern machines. The museum isn't free. They offer two purchase options for unlimited play - a one time "stay as long as you like" plan and an "all day in-and-out" plan. I chose the first and dang, I made it worth it. I spent two hours with Batman, the Addams Family, Stardust, Guns 'n Roses and the Sopranos. GNR was probably my favorite, especially after the "multi-ball" started. Exciting! You can easily spend 3 hours here. So I came here with a friend and we basically played pinball for at least 3 hrs. It was super fun. For $15 per person one entry was not bad. Note they have a washroom inside so you don't have to worry about not being able to play for hours. Eat before you come, they don't sell food here. If you want multiple entry than it will be $20 per person. That is still not bad. Or you can pay the $15 now and than upgrade to the multiple entry later. You can play as much as you want. Its like all you can eat but this is all you can play pinball. The pinball machine changes (not sure how frequent though). But again not all the machines changes only some are swapped. The most interesting ones are the really old pinball machines. The museum gets really packed on the weekend. The hours are better than they are used to be. They open till 8pm on most days. read more

Cool hangout spot. We didn't try the food but it's definitely a nice space to visit and hangout.

The quality of their machines is unrivaled, and the play is fun, however their staff are less than welcoming, and most places that serve alcohol will be accommodating if you are a few minutes pass closing, but this place plays "the final countdown" by a horrible band and starts yelling at everyone to get out within 1 minute of their closing time. Everything about it was so strange and with so many places in Seattle to play pinball, I won't be the more sorry. read more

Went to the pinball museum after a great dim sum breakfast this morning. Very rude employee that had no sense of customer service or fun (a little disappointing in a game museum). We paid our money, listened as his rules which were delivered in a very uninviting way and then went to play some games. He walks around enforcing rules in a grumpy kill joy manner that drains any sense of fun out of the place. At one point he came up to my 46 year old sister and told her she was hitting the flipper button too hard (she was not). He then came up to me and said that my 13 year old and 12 year old niece were un-attended...I explained to him that one of his rules was that you could not walk away from the game until it was finished. If he wanted me to hover over the kids at all times he should not charge me an entrance fee because then I wouldn't be able to play the game. None of my party were being overly active or doing any thing to warrant the attitude we were getting. Overall the place is not special and the price for admission is steep for having to put up with grumpy men who seem like they take life way too seriously and never learned to share their toys.
