The drink was good and the bartender was really friendly and helpful when we came in. Once things got a little busier, service got a bit slower since I think they only had one person doing it all. There's lots of different games relative to the more compact space, though not as much seating as a result. The pinball is mostly upstairs. I've never seen it busy here, which is a plus in my book. They've got pinball machines upstairs and down, with a large full service bar featuring creative cocktails. They don't have in house food, so you can bring in your own. They also do theme/DJ nights, which look really fun. There's a change machine on site. read more

I have been here twice before and have had "ok" experiences, however tonight I had the worst service I've ever experienced!! I left feeling very unwelcome and confused because I've never been ignored and refused service. I made eye contact with both the bartenders over three times and they would either glare or quickly looked away and just gave me and my boyfriend the cold shoulder. They started serving people that had just arrived and after doing that over five times we got the hint they were purposely ignoring us. This felt incredibly discriminatory because the bartenders and everyone they were serving were Caucasian, but my Hispanic boyfriend and I were consistently being ignored and glared at even after waiting patiently and trying to get their attention. We eventually left because it seemed like they wanted us to. We felt incredibly Unwelcome. read more

I love the Time Warp. The drinks are tasty and affordable, the bar tenders have always been friendly and fast, and the security people at the door are kind. The music was AMAZING and the concept is so well done. We truly felt like we were living in an episode of Stranger Things where they're all 21. The drinks were super strong but well done. Very rare for the area. We also tried the Ramen and it came on such a cute tray with a timer! I had the bartender make his favorite and I did not regret it. This place is brand new and you can tell they're still working out the kinks of recently opening, but I'm excited to see what's to come - there's a lot of potential! They have a great selection of pinball machines and classic video games, neon signs, Asian inspired street art, and when I came in the photobooth wasn't set up yet, but I'll be back for it! Bring cash, all the games are quarter fed, and you can use their little machine to exchange cash for coins. Seems like a cool place to meet up with friends and have a drink. I love the whole game vibes and we actually have a gaming bar back in SJ, CA. Its a small 2 story bar, decorated really nice! Security at the front was kind, but maybe I came by at a slower night? There weren't a lot of people. This place is absolutely fantastic! The space is large, has a cool vibe, and lots of pinball machines. I tried out several pinball machines and they did not disappoint. They had old classics and some premium machines as well that all played great! The service was spot on and the bartender was attentive. Also checked out the assortment of ramens they offered and they had several interesting additions to them available. The kewpie mayo interestingly went well with the spicy broth and the sliced cheese was a hit as well. Definitely will be back to play some more pinball, eat ramen, throwback some old fashioned's, and chill to an awesome music playlist. read more

I am a hopeless regular here and I started coming only a week after they first opened. It's a cool place to play some retro games, pinball, and get really cheap alcohol. Yes, they have Japanese alcohol! Also, engineers go nuts here because they have circuit board on the table. On a normal day, it's not very busy. We came here on our first night in Seattle. It was a fun spot on a Saturday night. We loved the Walking Dead shooting game and the Golden Axe adventure game. We came back on Monday night to play Golden Axe and it was out of order. We were a little disappointed, but the bartender gave us our money back. So went to this bar after the Morgan wallen concert and before the bouncer looked at the ID he broke it in half and said Oregon IDs don't do that. Being a bartender myself I would never bend someone's ID to the point of it snapping. After he snapped my ID I figured he was going to let me in or get me a free beer as a I'm sorry but no he wouldn't even let me in after. I wouldn't trust the bouncers here with your ID that's for damn sure cost me 60$. Bending a Id when checking them doesn't require any of that level of force just a slight bend to see if and crease appears. Screw this place man read more

Was excited to try this place out, but did not have a good time. At all. The service was terrible. The bartender was focused solely on her friends sitting at the bar, and had no intention of putting any effort into helping anyone but them. I'm patient, so I'll wait. When she finally finished her conversation with the homies, I was greeted with "You want something?" as if I were a huge inconvenience. Literally word for word how I was greeted. Yes, I'll have a Rainier please. "Here." Wow, outstanding personal skills. I can deal with shitty service, but the games were overpriced, and for some reason the air conditioning was cranked to 11, so it was absolutely freezing in the whole place. Im willing to go back and give it another shot, but I certainly hope this gem of a person isn't behind the bar, because I will turn around immediately and leave. read more

Walked in because of the music. Ordered my drink, they had my ingredients. Bartender seemed eager to serve and when I went to ask for a lime, it seemed like an inconvenience. But a good lime tray was right in front of me so I grabbed a lime or two. The unappealing bartender told my dude "get her away from my bar". I'm a bartender myself , so I can't really get too upset if I'm busy and my guests grabs a lime because I'm too inconvenienced to do so. It's too bad .
