In August 2019, I dropped off 10+ items. She gave me an estimate of the cost and when they'd be done. That's the last I heard from her. She has 4-5 pairs of new jeans, dress pants, and dresses of mine. Has never called or responded to my emails. She has no phone number online. Do not use this tailor. I dropped my wedding suit off for some minor adjustments to the pants and jacket 2 months prior to my wedding thinking it was enough time to get it tailored, have my second fitting and leave happy with a new suit. On the company's site and everywhere I've seen, I should expect to have the first round of tailoring done after 3-4 weeks. When 4 weeks had passed and I had heard no word from her, I sent her an email asking about a status update and she responded saying the following Friday it should be ready. When that Friday came and I still hadn't heard from her, I sent her another email asking for a status update. No response. After that weekend when I still hadn't heard back, I sent her an email each day, never getting a response. That following week, with only a week and a half until my wedding and no response from the tailor, I had to purchase a new wedding suit, find a new tailor and have them rush tailor it to have it in time for my wedding. Finally after I had received my second suit back from the second tailor, I heard back from Rose saying my suit was done. When I explained to her that ignoring me for weeks was absurd and that she cost me an entire new suit that I cannot return, she yelled at me and told me it was my fault I panicked and still had me pay. If you've read this, please use a more trustworthy tailor. read more

Well-they are only open by appt. I took an uber over there before I realized. They were closed on a Wednesday, in the middle of the day.

I'm short and my pants never fit. I brought Rose a stack of pants to be hemmed, and she did a great job. Turnaround was fast, and it was great to be able to wear my snazzy (properly fitting!) trousers on my first week of work at a new job. read more

I took a bridesmaids dress in for hemming. Booking an appointment online was easy and Rose was professional and friendly. She was able to accommodate my timeline and my dress looks great. Compared to similar dresses I've had hemmed, pricing was more than fair. read more

Most of the other reviews mention that Rose is great and professional but I had the opposite experience with her. I hope my experience was an outlier but it was so unprofessional that I feel compelled to document it here. My advice: make sure that Rose isn't overwhelmed with orders before she commits to working on your clothes. I scheduled an appointment, showed up and had my clothes pinned up for alterations, was told that it would be about 6 weeks until she could complete my order. I wasn't in a rush so I said okay. About 3 months passed with radio silence. I realized at that point that I hadn't heard any updates from her about my clothes so I emailed a couple of times and when I didn't receive a response over a week or two, I eventually stopped by and left a note requesting that Rose respond and tell me what was going on and when my order would be done and if it wasn't done to let me know when I could come by and at least retrieve my items. She called me a day or two later after I left the note on her doorstep and was very brusque and seemed irritated with me for my persistence in trying to get a response. She told me I could pick up my clothes within a few days. I did that and she handed me back my unaltered clothes with the single comment that she had taken my order at the back end of a bunch of orders and that she was just really busy and hadn't gotten around to my clothes yet. She never apologized for completely wasting my time and for her failure to complete the work she had agreed to complete. It sounds like she's probably good at what she does in terms of the actual alterations but I would caution you that you may want to seek out a different tailor if you have expectations of professionalism and timeliness. read more
