Apex is terrific! Dave taught both of our teens to learn to drive (one in 2026 and one in 2024). He…read moremade the class interesting and fun with his cool sense of humor. Unlike many driving schools, he shows the direct RCWs behind the laws, and common misconceptions. The knowledge he imparted was timely, relevant and essential to their learning to be good drivers. We also really appreciated his flexibility and responsiveness; if we had a class conflict, he made other opportunities available to attend, etc. We found him to be a terrific coach in what is a serious and life-long skillset, and we're grateful that our kids had him as their teacher over the last few years. (Also: passed with flying colors!)

Has students drive him to get food. Had me drive him to his friend's apartment and wait in the car outside while he went in to get "food" and he came out with only mayonnaise packets and ate the mayo packets by themselves. A girl at my high school had brain cancer, he had heard of this and brought it up to me. I told him I knew her personally to which he responded by advising me to tell her to stop doing chemo therapy because it doesn't work. So insensitive and uncomfortable. I don't think he should be working with kids.

We joined for a mixed ages demo class in the summer with Ms. Elizabeth (she was wonderful!) At 4 months my son was the youngest one there, and I didn't know what to expect but he was so engaged and interested in seeing the other kids dance and sing. We signed up for the babies class (0-8 months) for the fall semester and he was 5 months when it started. We are about to wrap up this semester and I only have great things to say. The babies class is small, with 5 babies max in a class. It's very clean and Covid protocol is taken into consideration where everyone needs to show proof of vaccination. Ms. Sarah brings a warm energy with prompts to engage our babies through music and play. Sometimes it's an instrument to play music with, interact with silk scarves, dancing for your baby, and more. My son loves the drums. As a first time mom I highly recommend Music Together. It's a great way to play and connect with your baby through songs, have social exposure to other babies, and meet other parents, I even made a great mom friend! I really love how kids can continue taking these classes into their preschool years and learn new original songs with special instruments for the semester highlighted in the songs. We look forward to many more music classes at Alley Bell!

Every song has a different activity involved and keeps the kids engaged, though if they decide to wander around during that is completely ok! They get to play instruments, throw scarves in the air and be as noisy as they want. While I am not normally one to sing and dance in a crowd of people i felt totally comfortable doing it here, in fact I may have had more fun than the kids! If you are looking for an activity to do with your toddler, do this one, it is awesome!

At the end, I was reading 800 words per minute with the same retention rate. I would have been delighted had I only doubled my reading speed, but quadrupling it? I'm thrilled. Jackie was also a pleasure to work with, a patient coach who makes learning enjoyable and brings his rich work experience - which includes a stint working at the Jet Propulsion Lab - to teaching. Taking this workshop does present me with one problem: devouring books at four times normal speed gives me an unfair advantage over my competition. And since I'm all about collaboration over competition, my only recourse is to spread the word - take this course if you want to keep up!

I got through 340 pages and took notes. I'm not saying I got as much out of the book as I would have had I spent several days reading the book, but I did get a lot out of it; way more than I would have ever expected. And that was only a few hours after learning a brand new skill. It's truly a new paradigm for approaching reading. I can only imagine after a couple of months of practicing this new skill and becoming more proficient with it how much faster and better I'll be at reading. Knowledge is power and speed-reading gives you the ability to acquire much more knowledge. It's like a super-power. Dr Giuliano himself is awesome. He's kind, caring, and very open-minded. It felt really good to be around him. So, this class was one of the best values I've come across in my life. And no, no one paid me or encouraged me to write this review. You owe it to yourself to take this class. Seriously.

Structure of…read morethe class was pretty much, review over the textbook, watch a LOT of the review videos, go over hw, go over videos again. Very very very repetitive. But good luck with contacting them. The receptionist isn't always on time to work and it's EXTREMELY hard to contact her to get appointments changed, class reschedules (due to snow), and get any online certifications (CPR, AED, HIV). I still haven't received my certs and it's a mess. Please be aware of this. So overall, good class with nice professors, slightly tedious and repetitive, and contacting them..... Good luck.

Great staff, and program content with a very well organized syllabus. The process of getting the required education, skills, and clinical hours to sit for the WA State NAC exam is very intense and time consuming. Chris and her well trained staff make the process as easy and organized as possible. All you have to do is show up on time, do ALL of your homework, study, and pay attention during class. The rest is covered by them. I learned so much about the nursing process, being a caregiver, and how to connect with patients on a human/soul level as part of providing care at NATI. A wonderful program.
