Called another Tow company and they said 90 minutes, we'll 2 hours later they still hadn't showed up. So l called Seattle Towing and told them my situation and said please send someone as l don't think the other outfit is coming. Seattle towing said he was also busy but would send someone out. We'll 5 minutes later he called me back and asked if the other tow truck had arrived, l said No. He said he had a driver just became available and said he'd be there in 30 minutes, he arrived in 20. Thor was clean professional and got me to my destination quickly. I'd recommend this outfit over any other. I can't thank them enough but the tip probably helped.. read more

My daughter's car broke down. We called AAA but due to the weather, she was looking at a 3-5 hour wait, after dark, on a side road in Shoreline. She was panicking and scared, never having dealt with car emergencies like this before. I called AAA to get an estimate on timing, and Denise (thank you!) reminded me that I could call for an independent tow and then file for reimbursement. So I called Seattle towing company and talked to Al. I explained the situation, where my daughter is located, and that AAA was saying 3-5 hours. He told me 90 minutes for a driver to get my daughter's car to the shop. Al called me back about 10 minutes later to let me know that he'd found a driver for my daughter that was only 10 minutes away, who'd get her car to the shop safely. Ridiculously, I cried a little, because I'd been super concerned but also too far away to be a real help. As much as I hope I'll never need your services again, thank you SO much Al and Seattle Towing for taking such good care of my kid. read more

Amazing! Seattle Towing really came through for us. My insurance dispatched a tow truck to my daughter on the side of the I5 and they never showed up. I called Seattle Towing and my experience from hello and on was amazing. I explained the situation and told them where my daughter was (her phone was dead) and they got Nathan there as quickly as they could. Nathan, the driver, was the best! He called and had me on the phone until he got to my daughter. She was there for almost 5 hours (not their fault at all). He let her warm up in his truck and charge her phone. The brought her where I asked them too. Rates are very reasonable and all of their service is outstanding. Thank you to the dispatcher that answered the phone and was very compassionate and thank you Nathan for getting to my daughter. They deserve 10 stars if I could give it to all of them. I am a big fan of STC! They are real professionals and do whatever it takes to do a great job. Richard in particular was excellent to work with. In a punch, he busted his butt to get my car and race it to the dealership for me. Broke down on my way home from work after a very long, busy day. AAA quoted me a 3-hour wait. I called around to multiple towing companies in the area and Seattle Towing Company quoted me the shortest time frame I could find (an hour wait). Delante was there in less than an hour! He was incredibly kind and warm. I've been lucky to experience great customer service in the past with previous tows, but Delante truly set the bar for exceptional service and saving the day. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. Thank you to Seattle Towing Company and specifically Delante for making the process easy, FAST and totally painless. I was charged 1,462.00 to be towed 60 miles. They charged me from the time they left their office not from the time they hooked up. They are the most unethical company I have ever had to deal with when getting towed. I was expecting about 650.00 for the tow they said it was 325.00 an hour. It was 1 hour and about 45 minutes to actually be towed home. They charged me for 3 1/2 hrs. They have no morals and I will NEVER call this company again. I suggest you keep looking if you need to be towed. read more

Not recommended, especially when you're stranded. I went through my insurance company for a tow. It took over two hours for Seattle Towing to show up. We were told it would be an additional $300 because we had a trailer attached and must be paid immediately. This was in addition to the tow our insurance was covering. The driver was so rude and argumentative, we sent him on his way. We were stranded at 12:30 AM, we ended up calling someone else. read more

I would not use these guys again. Two and a half hours after calling, 25 minutes after they're supposed to be there, they finally call me and tell me that they have to send a different truck and that the new driver is going to contact me with a new ETA. 10 minutes later I get a call from my insurance company saying they canceled. Now they going to send a whole new to Towing company. The only way to stop this behavior is to stop using them. Stranded on the side of the road for five hours is unacceptable!!! read more

They offered a yelp coupon - $95 for a $125 towing coupon. It is a good thing I called prior to purchasing because I was told the coupon was only good for a limited area near their shop. This is counter to the map on their page showing a trade area that covers Seattle and beyond. Seriously, a bad business practice - I know towing in Seattle is expensive but you don't also have to be ripped off on top of it. read more

I would leave ZERO stars if I could. My wife got a flat tire on the freeway, and someone came out to help her simply change the tire, and they charged $150 plus tax plus tip. All in all, over $187! Will never use Seattle Towing Company again. Last time I needed a tow, I used Wally's Towing, Inc., and they actually towed my car and only charged a little over $92 plus tax. read more

We were recently stranded at the Seattle Ferry terminal... had to get pushed off the ferry and then into the busy parking lot. Although Seattle Towing had most of their trucks (and drivers) tied up, the DISPATCHER jumped into a truck and came to our rescue. He (Cliff?) managed a very difficult situation at the ferry terminal (loading and unloading of ferry traffic) and handled our car with kid gloves. Wait time was reasonable (45 minutes) considering the circumstances and traffic. I'd definitely choose them again. read more

Had AAA but they were really backed up. Needed a tow the same day by 3:30pm to get from West Seattle to Kent to a repair shop there by 5pm. They came as promised in time, and got the car to the destination on time! The driver was very professional, took great care with the car. I would highly recommend this company. Rick is a rockstar!! I lost my keys in the mall and had a flight to catch so there was no time to wait to see if they could be found! He came and picked us up from the mall and suggested we call the dealership to make sure the key guy was there before we went. Turns out it wold take DAYS for them to make to my key. Rick suggested tons of place for us to call and while driving us to the original dealership was patient while we called everyone in the area to see if they had my style of keys... No one did. We got to the dealership where I got a call from the mall to say the keys had been found! Back in the truck we go... Back to the mall! I know if I was Rick I would go home and complain to my family about these ding dongs that made me drive all over the place, but he never showed he was annoyed with us!
