Unfortunately, I was met with unreturned calls, excuses, and a total lack of professionalism. Accidents can happen, but the way a company handles them says everything -- and in this case, their customer service and accountability were nonexistent. I strongly recommend avoiding this company. If you do end up using them, take pictures videos of your vehicle before they load it, because you may need that documentation later.
