I've been going to Seattle Chiropractic and Wellness Center for what must be almost two years now. Not only are the staff friendly and easy to talk to, but they're also *very* good at what they do. Dr. B and staff are all so friendly and provide an experience that has been the only time I've been excited to visit a doctor office. I can't say enough good things about this place! I was in a car accident and began seeing Dr. Robin for upper back and neck pain. She's a great provider, very clear, kind, and takes time to explain the treatment process. She also recommended I work with Alex for acupuncture and Don for massages. Alex is incredible! He listened to my concerns and treated them so quickly. I saw improvements after a single acupuncture visit. I was so shocked at how much I loved acupuncture. Don is also amazing at what he does. I have previously reviewed Dr. Bajwa as a medical practitioner; I will stand by that review. He was a good chiropractor and I received excellent medical treatment under his care. I do have to modify my review, however, after dealing with what I feel to be various deceptive billing practices in the last 18 months through Seattle Chiropractic. I was billed duplicate charges and for treatment that I did not receive. Details below: I was automatically billed for traction ($35 to use the neck apparatus on the wall) and therapeutic exercises ($45 to use the ball/ bands in the back room) for many appointments, even on days where I did not use either of those items. These additional charges were never disclosed in the initial evaluation/treatment plan and were not covered by my insurance. My co-pays were double-dipped for almost 6 months (I was charged a $15 co-pay that Seattle Chiropractic was already collecting from my secondary insurance). This only stopped after I explicitly asked them to review the co-pays from my insurance. The extra money coming in didn't seem to raise a red flag (and was not counted in as credit to my overall bill until I brought them up, either). I was double billed for several massages. Some of the double billing went straight through to my PIP (I was being seen for a MVA) and the only reason I was aware of this was because my auto insurance refused to pay for the "excessive treatment" they were billed for. I even found an extra 15 minute "unit" randomly tacked on to a 1-hour massage bill. I would suggest going through all of your bills, even the ones that go straight through insurance. Heaven forbid you have to talk to their condescending and rude billing company representative to get something corrected-what a terrible experience. I have since switched chiropractors as a result of the unethical billing practices and surrounding business decisions. read more

I was in a car accident a couple of months ago and was in terrible pain. I immediately started chiropractic treatment followed by massage and acupuncture. I've struggled with migraines, headaches and neck and shoulder pain for most of my life and have used regular chiropractor adjustments to help manage the pain. The first time I came to Seattle Chiropractor and Wellness Center was to use a coupon for a free massage and back scan. The people there were really nice and helpful, and even though my coupon was about to expire, they didn't mind and let me schedule my appointment when I was free- even after the expiration date. The back scan was incredibly informative and the center let me know that they would have liked to help me in any way they could. Also, the massage was fantastic and loosened my back for a good month. Have nothing but great things to say about this office and Dr Bajwa from the casual yet professional atmosphere down to the quality of the office I give it a solid 5 stars. I've been to a few other chiropractic offices in the past and have had mediocre results. It has nothing to do with staying on a plan and going in regularly since I'm very dedicated in that regard but simply he is skilled and knows what he is doing. I'm a competitive powerlifter and know that a pain free back is simply not going to happy but he has successfully taken me on a pain scale of 1-10 from 8-9 to a 1-2 which is far better than I have ever experienced. He made it clear when going in for my first visit that he will be able to help significantly but with my sport it probably wouldn't be perfect which I was well aware of and appreciated the honesty. Ever other Dr in the past simply said I needed to stop and it wasn't healthy what I was doing. Seemed to me that other doctors were trying to find a quick fix rather then working with me when they knew that I wasn't going to stop training. Dr Bajwa never told me to change my whole lifestyle but instead incorporated his methods into mine with great results. Anyone looking to try chiropractic or looking for a new office I strongly push you to check out Dr Bajwa at Seattle Chiropractic and Wellness Center. I started going there because it was close but realized how lucky I was that such a quality spot was so close. Not only did I find out that as a 22 year old I was already in the process for serious back problems, I also got a lot of helpful information pertaining to chiropractic services. Dr. Bajwa is an awesome educator, and is a firm believer of treating you not only for your symptoms, but for the main and underlying cause of your discomfort or pain. I learned as well that you could have back issues and not even have symptoms. I also saw Nicole for a massage that was with the Groupon deal, and she is absolutely amazing! She is very personable and professional at the same time, and very skilled in her techniques.
