Not only is he attentive to his customers' needs, but he goes out of his way to follow up after repairs to make sure my car is running properly and that everything is working as it should. In the past, I have been somewhat distrustful of automotive repair shops after being told I needed repairs that later proved to be unnecessary. That has not been my experience here. After spending nearly an entire day pulled over on the side of the road and trying to figure out what to do, we eventually had our vehicle towed to Ramco and stayed overnight at a hotel. We truly couldn't have ended up at a better place. From the very beginning, Ramco was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly fair. They took the time to explain everything to us, were completely transparent about our options, and never made us feel pressured or like they were taking advantage of a stressful situation. Because we were traveling and dealing with an unexpected vehicle problem, I wanted to make sure we were getting the right information. I reached out to my brother-in-law, who works for San Diego Police Department (SDPD) and is responsible for the mechanical work on their vehicles. I explained everything Ramco had told us, and he gave me the exact same explanation and diagnosis. That gave me a tremendous amount of confidence and reassured me that Ramco was being completely honest with us and that we were not being taken advantage of. I was impressed that they pull the pan and don't try to sell you a flush or power flush or any of that stuff. Didn't try to upsale me on anything and was done quickly. Customer service skills could use a little work but they were not rude in any way just a little bit unwelcoming. That's why 4 instead of 5. All in all though they did an excellent job and I would recommend.
