Midway through the service, I was suddenly told I had to pay an extra $5 in cash for "taxes." They claimed it was in the fine print, but I had read it thoroughly beforehand and there was no mention of any additional fees. I only paid the extra fee because I was satisfied with the job being done. I decided to give them another chance because I was genuinely happy with the quality of the manicure. For my second visit, I booked a gel manicure + gel pedicure using another Groupon. When I called to make the appointment, I was actually told about the $5 fee. However, halfway through the service, the technician told me I couldn't use the Groupon because I wasn't a "new customer." When I asked why this wasn't mentioned over the phone, she just kept repeating that she couldn't accept it. After some back-and-forth, she finally agreed to take the Groupon. The nail work itself is solid -- clean, well-done, and long-lasting. However, the repeated bait-and-switch tactics around Groupon vouchers and surprise fees left a bad taste. Management seems to rely on this trickery, which is disappointing and dishonest. I won't be returning.

Every person in this establishment is personal, polite, professional. Appointments are highly recommended because they have a dedicated clientele. My nail technician left several Months ago to pursue another career, I hadnt been back until this weekend. Jamie stayed later than usual for my full set of gel tips and Michelle was Kind enough to squeeze my daughter in for a manicure. They took their time even though We were the last appointment and most importantly the shape, thickness of my nails is perfect. This salon is spotless clean. You won't find tubs of gel product that have been refilled here. If it says LCN your getting LCN not some non branded product dumped into an LCN container. Love that this is a US woman owned family business. She's got a great business model here, focus on quality, integrity and customer service. I'm sorry it's taken me so long to come back.
