I decided to come here as a treat for myself for my birthday back in April. I made a late morning appointment for a massage on a Friday. When I arrived, I checked in at the desk. I was given a robe and slides to wear. I went in the changing room to change and went to the relaxation room to relax. One thing about it. This place was busy! The relaxation room was a bit full, which wasn't all that relaxing for me. While I waited, I had to fill out a form which goes over a few medical things and asks if there's any particular areas you'd like them to focus on or avoid. Next, I was called in for my massage. Overall, the massage itself was very relaxing and just what I needed. After it was done, I sat in the relaxation room for a few minutes and then I went to change and head out. The response: 20% off. I couldn't help but notice that their policy charges customers 50% for canceling without 24 hours' notice, but apparently when they cancel last-minute, my time is worth far less. Overall, I found the service dismissive, the lack of apology unprofessional, and the resolution unfair.

The space is warm and cozy--very welcome last night as it was 25 degrees outside. My shoulders were up to my ears, I had numbness down my right arm and right leg. I felt as if I were being stabbed in the neck. Before she even started, Cheri gave me desk exercises to do so I didn't have this problem again. She explained how she was going to massage me as a whole person, not just knotted muscles. I honestly yessed her, to just get started I was in so much pain. Within 15 minutes I could feel my body start to relax. She didn't even touch the bad parts--well not where typical massuses go. She hit various points simultaneously, and I am going to sound redundant, but I kept feeling parts of my body get out of spasm and relax. I am taller and straighter. I don't have any numbness or pain. I slept for the entire night. I didn't move from where my head hit the pillow. This NEVER happens.
