He generated a report after testing. He explained the situation and how he would recommend to proceed. He was immediately trustworthy and fair along with outlining a reasonable approach to moving things forward. Just a month or so in and we already are seeing a dramatic improvement. To my suprise this person/company exceeded all expectations. Promp response. Immediatly scheduled a visit to check out pool. Gave straigthforward advise what to do for pool servicing, chemicals, cleaning,etc and started fixing right away. Joel is extremely consistent and punctual, showing up at the same time and day every week (this makes it easier for us to plan to have the dog inside when he comes).
