I then dealt with manufactures over the phone that wasn't much help. I then spoke with Tieryn at this Leslie pool store. She was very very helpful and great customer service. Bottom line is Eric and Tieryn assisted me in getting the warranty coverage and replace the product with no hassle. Quality is good and he has to be given a name like "Holy Waters"! He did a three sided infinity edge pool finish and I filled it with a garden hose, and it all started spilling over together. That's near impossible - but he did it the old fashion way and nailed the edge on all three sides. I had a couple of "upgrade" auto features and he came out quickly and integrated them easily.
