It's very big and if you know where you're going, it's efficient but the signage could be better, especially if someone is picking you up. It's fairly well maintained and tidy. There are some places to get snacks, drinks and food. Escalators seem to work. The pick up area is very odd. There's a narrow road were people park but it's hard to walk on the road so you have to walk behind these big walls as you go down the line and then peep your head out at each opening to make sure you didn't pass your ride. Have your ticket ready when you exit so you can scan it to get through the turnstiles.

This station also connects me to hoboken from Jersey City congress st via elevator, so you can get to middle of hoboken rather effortlessly. One thing to remember is that elevators shut down at 2am and yes it happened to me before, it wasn't cool as I had to shlep home while looking for a cab at 2am.

I used this station to get from Manhattan to Met Life stadium for a football game. Note the trains…read moredo NOT run every day to this station, ONLY during stadium events. They basically run as a shuttle service to and from the Secaucus Frank Lautenberg rail station. The trip from Manhattan to The Meadowlands was flawless. Trains were running every 20 minutes or so with electronic boards stating when the last train after the game would be leaving. The station itself is two platforms and an enclosed stairway/elevator to cross over the tracks. This is located close to the main stadium entrance. Not really any ammenties that I saw. You can also walk up ramps onto the platforms from the end opposite the stairwell/elevator structure. Signs were clear as to which train was departing next. This setup saved us so much traffic time getting to and from the stadium. The only drawback is that the platforms don't have canopies over them so on a rainy or hot summer days you're pretty much at the mercy of the weather although some people could shelter in the stairwell/elevator structure. So 1 star off for that for a total of four stars.

After being picked up Newark Airport and driven home, a few hours later I received an email from the company saying they were charging my partner and me a $15 fee, when we asked why they said it was because our baggage was "large" and "heavy." There is nothing on their website that states an extra fee may apply, and no definition of what large or heavy mean. We each had one suitcase, normal size for checked baggage. In fact, we used their car service in the past with the same luggage and there were no issues or extra fees. When we had checked in before our flight both suitcases weighed about 40 lbs, well below the weight limit for checked luggage. Due to the lack of customer service and surprise fees based on no legitimate evidence, we won't be using this car service again.

He scanned our ticket and we boarded. The bus was pretty full, so we ended up sitting separately. The above head storage bins are kind of tight, so I had to take something out of my over stuffed backpack to manage to wiggle it in. While my purse sat on my lap. I liked the foot rest and the hook on the handle on the seat in front of me. Trash bags were hung here and there. Looks like they also provided small bottles of water for us, though we had to grab those ourselves. The electric plugs didn't seem to work, but perhaps the ubs plugs in the ceiling did. Our driver was a great communicator. He set expectations so we knew that we had a 20 min rest stop before arriving at Baltimore, and pointed out things to help us to pay attention and to get back to the right bus. He warned us that given current construction that we were sure to arrive later than what our tickets said, and gave us his best eta given the circumstances. Another passenger later commented that the bus bathroom was clean. We kind of ended up being dropped off on a brightly painted bridge in the middle of no where - perhaps on Maryland Ave?, by a bus stop. A short walk from Penn Station.

Very disappointing experience…read more My family arrived at the Worcester, MA bus stop at 7:35 PM for a scheduled departure. We waited continuously until 8:10 PM, and the bus never arrived. When we contacted customer service, we were told the bus had already left at 7:47 PM, which is simply not consistent with what we experienced. Instead of investigating the situation or showing any empathy, customer service insisted the bus had departed and refused to offer a refund or any meaningful resolution. It's extremely frustrating to be told we missed a bus that never appeared while we were waiting at the designated pickup location. Reliable service and responsive customer support are essential for travelers. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service and hope the company improves both its bus tracking and customer service processes.
