There wasn't a single tear and to make matters worse, the chair was upside down. I explained that it's normal wear and tear as she continued shaking her head looking for imperfections. I'm not sure what kind of brand new furniture they're looking for and I understand that they can't take just anything but my goodness.

I called this place and left a voicemail and someone called me back right away. They said 'yes' we take them. They gave me the hours of operation and directions. When I pulled into the parking lot all I saw were parking spots and a sign on the first door that said 'use the other door' but NO sign directing where to drop off. So I parked, when in the 'other door' and I nice lady said 'just drive around back'. That's all she said. As I was driving around back, I then noticed a sign on the 'side' of the building which you WOULD NOT SEE as you pull into the parking lot. It said 'donations' in the rear. NO one was there to receive donations. It's NOT LIKE Goodwill. They won't offer to give you a receipt for your donation for tax consideration. I just dropped of the wire shelves. There is NO ONE there to help if you need assistance, you're on your on. I think former Pres, Jimmy Carter would have been disappointed at the lack of organization.

Upscale Weesale - HUGE 'TOP 10 IN NATION' Children's Consignment Sale!

He is now 19 and we all go now and shop for us all, because many older children wear adult sizes. We all go shopping because they have adult smalls up to 3X, in men and women's clothing.. Upscale Weesale is only the very best in good quality and high end consignment. You must give it a try and tell your family and friends, I promise you will not be disappointed.

I have consigned with them for the last 15+ years, and things have gotten horrible. The rules of…read morewhat can be consigned are constantly changing, and then I am stuck with clothing and other items that I am unable to sell at future sales. The point of consigning is to get things at a good value and to make some money at the same time, and that is becoming nearly impossible. Personally, it's very frustrating when I have bought clothing for my children nearly exclusively from this sale (some items were purchased from the previous season's sale), and now those same exact items are being rejected because they don't meet brand requirements. I understand that some parents/teens might be picky, but I buy stuff that looks high quality regardless of brand. I can't be the only parent that is more concerned about how good their kids look in clothing instead of what the tag says. I would rather purchase a nice pair of Sonoma shorts than some overly worn ratty-looking Old Navy shorts. And really... Old Navy? That's a quality brand, but Circo isn't? I assume that because of how strict the brand requirements are that everything at the sale would meet those requirements. Yet somehow, at last season's sale, I unknowingly purchased Amazon Basic pants... about 5 pair of them. Now, I'm stuck with them and 52 other rejected clothing items because so many other people have been able to sell rejected brand clothing at the sale, but they won't allow me to put the same exact items back in. My wife was shopping the boutique section, and there was a hand written note on a shirt for sale that said "blood stain", yet my clothes are being rejected for a single microscopic spot... or for some other absurd defect. Yet, I can't tell you how many articles of clothing I have purchased in the past that have much more visible stains, but I didn't notice them because I assumed they were held to the same rigorous standards that my clothing was. Or after I pick up my unsold clothes from the sale, there are noticeable defects that weren't there when I dropped them off... holes, dirt, etc. And now I'm stuck with clothing that was in the sale but can no longer be sold because they were damaged during the sale. I'm severely disappointed and will not be consigning or shopping with them again.

Unfortunately, there seems to be a consistent lack of customer service, consideration, and basic empathy. During my most recent visit, the woman I spoke with...who had glasses and shoulder length hair...was in the middle of making soap, which I understood she couldn't immediately stop. However, when I explained what I was looking for, instead of offering assistance or even a bit of understanding, I felt completely brushed off. This same dismissive attitude has been present every time I've visited. Because of these repeated experiences, I will no longer be a customer, and I won't be recommending this business to anyone...

There were only a sprinkling of items on sale (like a few T-shirts, sunglasses, and some miscellaneous items), so still a bit to check out. More than retail, it seems the place is now more of an artsy crafty place than a retail store. The entire place looked bigger...more space, since less retail. I thought they should have had some overhead music to fill the empty space, and give it more of a vibe. They still had this bar area, where they served wine (aside from the Jackass Cafe in the back). Still, I love the big, wide, open space that this place has to offer...and its Bohemian vibe. And did I mention their awesome artwork on their walls - both inside and out? I left the store thinking I should partake in their jewelry making on my next visit!
