He explained each of the 15+ options in detail and helped walk me through the whole process, and he even honored their Black Friday weekend discount when I called back the next day with my Gina decision. Paul was also very communicative around the install -- just a wonderful person to work with and deserves recognition for his kindness! The chair was delivered and installed within three weeks and everything went very smoothly. We are glad they have an automatic 18-month warranty too, just in case (nice that this isn't an extra charge!). While removing a sticker, part of the paint has peeled off with the sticker on my brand new furniture!

When we entered the store, it appeared like no employees were in sight. I grabbed the 2 double strollers I saw and wheeled them around the store to get a feel for them. Of course no price tags are on the products ($$$ ughhh). So, I was waiting around, looking for an employee to ask. I only found one when I went to the checkout area. It was at that time I was informed that the only 2 people qualified to educate and talk to me about strollers were not working that day! No other employee could help. Seriously? So I guess that's why the stroller part of the store was ignored (there were a couple other families there looking lost and wondering were help was). So we left. The good part is, that one of the employees was able to tell me the cost of the stroller I was looking at.
