Two and a half hours later we had some terrific insights into the housing market, photography, art, painting (John is a bit of a renaissance man with a great sense of humor) and a formidable to-do list of things that John suggested in order to get our home ready for market. Of course, there was back-and-forth, twists-and-turns and some "oh no" moments, but every time we hit a bump in the road, John managed to smooth it over while maintaining an even keel and a positive spin. Back at the office, John's Transaction Coordinator, Michelle Iannacone, kept us in the (up to the minute) loop as to what was happening on the less glamorous but totally necessary document and procedural side of things. We certainly never could have predicted the favorable outcome (in an unfavorable market) that we experienced with Focus Realty, but when we met John, both my wife and I had a really good feeling.
