The first time the color did not come through due to my dark hair. She at once volunteered to do it again at no extra cost! When I told her I usually don't prefer bleach on hair, she did her research on using colors without bleach - something I really appreciated. I'm pretty low maintenance and don't spend a lot of time styling my hair. She took that into consideration and made sure my cut works well without a dryer and lots of styling.
