Shantel is down to Earth and takes a unique approach to cutting hair that makes a lot of sense. She also doesn't take an overly long time to style your hair at the end which is something I really appreciate in not wanting to be at a salon for more than an hour's time because I'm a busy mom. Oh sorry that it took you over two months to send me a contract from when I paid my deposit for your services, in which time I moved. I paid 200.00 for the worst experience of my life. When I told her I wanted a refund her response was "for services we provided?" I said, the preview is 150, I paid your company 312.00 her response "well 150 for the preview, 50 for the travel and I guess 100 was a deposit" I asked her to send me something in writing.
