They just had cashiers with an extrmely long line. It took about 15 mins waiting in line to check out. Certian sections are well orgnized and others are not. It looks a bit dingy and messy in parts of the store. They allow dogs so that is nice and their sales benefit the Humane society which is awesome! We brought our pup. I found a few great nicknacks and a great little bench seat with an embroidered top for $7.99. Needs to be refinished. Really good prices on many things. There were not enough people working and they were kind of unproffesional and unhelpful. They seemed extremely stressed. I wanted to see things in a locked in a case on the floor. I politely asked the clerk about it and she said it will be like a half hour and never looked up at us at all or when checking us out or said anything pleasant or nice. Something for them to work on. Some customers also seem clueless about just standing in the way of others from looking at things and chit chatting for 5 - 10 minutes. It is not a coffee shop people.

The flow of the entrance and exit from the drop-off area works really well since it's in the back of the building. Sometimes you have to wait in line a bit, depending on how much people are dropping off. Only one car can fit in the carport area at a time. Employees are always nice and helpful. As soon as you drive up, a bell rings signaling an employee that you arrived. They come out with a big rolling cart for you to put your donations in. Very easy process. They ask if you want a receipt, then you're on your way! I haven't shopped inside for many years, so I can't speak to the pricing or condition of items. I used to ride the MAX to work in downtown Portland, so I would hit the Goodwill for books to read on the way. They always had a nice selection and prices were great.
