Caulking was poor at best. Broke sink plug and bedroom blind. At some point came in with full body hazmat covering leaving me and my cat exposed to all the chemicals. Also asked him to put the 5 year warranty on invoice, which he did not. Dont expect him to honor the warranty. Would not do business with them again!

He does seem to know something about tile, but don't fall for it because his business tactics and dealings are entirely shady and dishonest. I'm Still waiting for an itemized receipt for the job. I plan to report him to the IRS if I don't get it. I got lucky though as the subcontractor he contacted was very good however; and in the future I will do business with him. The subcontractor didn't get a call from Douglas until the night before--Douglas couldn't even give him my address--said he lost it. The poor guy had my phone number and no idea what he was expected to do, what Douglas charged, or any other specifics.
