We went back to the shop today, (December 31) to ask for her money back because of the perm not meeting her satisfaction. She met Junior and expressed her dissatisfaction with the perm. He said he cannot give her money back and did not offer any remediation for her issues. Evidently, Junior needs more experience in applying the perm and in customer service.
