Ivan is unprofessional (Fanny pack, hat, curly hair). As soon as I walk in he barely starts a cut during the time I booked. On top of that, there was no acknowledgment or apology for the delays, making the overall customer service feel unprofessional. I would not recommend if you value punctuality and basic courtesy.keep in mind this has happened before . Even booking an appointment was a nightmare. Although he texts back he never follows through with clear responses or confirmations. My teenage son had an appointment with Chris today. My husband dropped him off. When he went in someone said that Chris called off today. The worker offered no apology nor did he offer to have someone else cut his hair. My son walked home very upset.
