It is a large, well organized store with a great selection of clothing. We chose several items to try on and were very pleased with the pricing. We were ready to purchase. However, they were not ready to sell. We asked about fitting rooms and were told they don't provide those. So we asked about the return policy if things didn't fit when we tried them on at home. Not too bad for a second hand store. They have things nicely organized but for some reason I feel like I am walking back into time and into a store from the 80's. They have some knick-nacks, glassware, furniture, art and clothes. The furniture when I went was pretty banged up and was pretty costly for what it was. The furniture prices are very high. All of the furniture needs to be either repaired or painted but they price it as if new. Some of the cutest stuff they have is in the window and not for sale. I'm sure there are treasures to be found but I didn't have time to look as I had to go to the bathroom and they don't have one for customers. Update: Went in again and still shocked at the furniture prices. They had a magnolia desk for $645! These are of course quality desks however that is what they go for BRAND NEW! They had a basic kitchen table with 4 chairs for nearly $400. Then an outdoor wicker seating set...two chairs and a chaise with holes throughout the wicker for $65. This place is insane. read more

No public bathroom. Firm on that even if you've got a a child has to go. They use stickers to price. If there's no sticker on it they won't sell it. Won't price it for you. It has to go back to receiving. All the current seasonal display in the windows they won't sell. The furniture is way over priced. All sales are final. No returns at all. Buyer beware. I bought my grandson 2 toys. When we put new batteries in them neither worked. Out $11 on that purchase. The staff is all volunteer and mostly friendly except the women who runs the store. This place is very nice and organized. The only complaint that I have is that the clothes that I purchased there on two occasions looked nice but the stinchy, stinky smell that smells like someone's old, moldy, and wet basement even after washing them 3 times. For that smell the clothes there aren't even worth it. You will be better off shopping a clearance rack at another store. read more

They have the best prices! So many things under $5. I can't believe how reasonable the furniture is. I'm always finding things for my etsy shop. The cashiers always handle fragile items carefully and pack them securely so they don't break. I love the place! read more

Seems like they spent a lot of time, energy and probably money moving to this new location but for me the store did not offer a remarkably better shopping experience. It's a resale shop with an array of bargains; and at this they continue to do a good job. They did gain a more organized parking situation which I found helpful. Management is still firm on NO PUBLIC RESTROOM at this establishment; it's the most notable sign on the door as you enter. I'm not sure why they continue to draw a line in the sand about a public restroom. Sometimes children need to go suddenly; same for elderly or just anyone, really. There seems to be a certain hypocrisy here: please come shop at our store, please support our church mission and it's causes; BUT don't ask us for help with one of life's basic functions. This doesn't seem very neighborly and for this reason I won't shop here as regularly as I might shop the other resale stores in the area. read more

Several weeks ago I decided to visit the new location. After browsing I saw a small DVD rack. There was no sticker on the item and I asked a person (who I later found out was one of the managers) for the price of the item. She picked up the rack and said I can't sell this to you, people are always trying to beat the system and get a lower price. She then walked away with the rack in hand. I was appalled!! I simply asked for a price. It didn't matter what she would have said the price was, I simply made an inquiry, so how was I trying to beat the system? I later spoke with a gentleman who also identified himself as a manager who explained to me if an item did not have a price on it the policy was to not sell it and take it to the back. He further explained they don't have the ability like a regular store to give a price at that time. I had no problem with that explanation. I spoke with another clerk who profusely apologized for the behavior of this female manager. That manager is more than likely the same one that Shelly M. mentioned was rude. She was extremely rude!!! The unfortunate part was what the store is operating under, the guise of Christianity being represented by this mean person. Beware how you entertain strangers. I have quite a number of plastic containers with items from a store I use to own, brand new with tags, that I have no use for. When I give them away this won't be a place I would consider, solely because of my experience with that rude female manager. read more

they have a policy if a "sticker" price falls off an item they won't sell it. they won't let someone price it for you. if has to be taken off sale. even if you want to buy it now. they wont sell it to you. makes no sense. also everything that's current season displayed in the store front windows they won't sell. because the in thing right now is people re-doing furniture they take advantage and price pretty old beat up stuff at the high end. they also do not allow any returns! buyer beware. not even store credit. I have bought 2 toy items for my grandson that were broken once we put batteries in them. all prices are non-negotiable. although except for one person, I think who manage's the business, all the staff are exceptional volunteers. very nice! read more
