Upon exiting the elevator they make you feel like you enter "paradise", do some tarot card reading by asking for your birthdate, and then get some beads with perfume dropped on them depending on which card you got. After all of that, none of those stuff mattered. We were served a three course meal before the actual aerobics show happened, but they still had performers perform while we had our meals or a few drinks. I enjoyed their Crescent Dip, which is a hummus dip with whipped feta and comes with a massive chip. The Full Moon Rice I wasn't really a fan of. After those two, they came out with the entree, which they called Fire, Water, Earth; essentially beet, halibut, and short rib. These were alright, not amazing. The third and final course came during the intermission of the show, which was a bunch of dessert treats and they were delicious. The show itself was fantastic. The show I saw had incredible performers and felt really happy to be attending. But this is where it fell apart. I have a great deal of empathy for waitstaff especially during this kind of cabaret show. I had gotten a last minute VIP ticket and ordered a drink - and was informed at the time I placed a drink that there was a $25 mimimumx which I knew about when I bought the ticket. The waitress who served us was unnecessarily rude sbout it: I went to order food but stopped at spending more because at that point, the fewer interactions with her the better. I don't know what to think - someone willing to spend more money and feeling reluctant to because of a rude waitress is a problem to the venue to fix.

I came here for a show recently. It was okay. The ambiance and architecture of the venue was alright. Not as sleek and modern feeling as like a place like the Brooklyn Paramount but the Triad Theater has a homey vibe. The staff was fairly friendly and the service was okay.

The storyline was awesome and everyone got to play a role: some friendships, some backstabbing. It was hilarious to see everyone get into their characters. The production crew made sure everything ran smoothly and that we didn't run astray but still allowed the story to manifest according to what each character was saying. Having a private venue with small bites being passed around and a bartender elevated the party to the next level. It's been almost a week and everyone is still talking about it. I am so so grateful I found Truffles Mystery Immersive and Sonia!

They are good at reading the room and working with that. If you have a crazy insane group, or a tame one, they will try to make sure there's a good energy flowing. Our bride is pretty straight-laced / conservative, but she had such a great time!! Just a tip - if you're doing it in a hotel room, or somewhere where they quiet time by a certain time, make sure you book them to come well before quiet time. We had security knocking on the door to tell us to shut up right at 11pm, so just make sure you get the guys in by 9pm or however long the show is meant to go on for.

On the practical side, booking the party was really easy too - they were super professional and helpful in working with us to choose the fondues & type of performance. Make sure to tip your server well if you think they did a good job. Had fun and won't wait again for many years to go back.
