I have been using this place for almost a year now and have no complaints. They continue to keep…read morethe buildings clean, the gate is always closed and working and staff has continued to be super friendly. There was even an incidence where I thought there was a dead cat in the building and it freaked me out. I called the front and the lady came with a broom and dust pan. She was freaked out too but was willing to brave it out in the name of customer service. Fortunately, the cat had moved by the time we went back in ready to remove it.

We went there to make a payment for a storage unit that my friends have. We had another friend with us and needless to say she was extremely rude she even called the police and had them pull me over down the road from the location. I have never been more embarrassed in all of my life when Clayton county pulled us over. She has a severe problem and it needs to be corrected by taking her out of customer service. I don't know if she just has a problem with men in general or if she just had a problem with our friend. She was very rude very mean and she threatened to evict the people who have a storage unit there when they just made a payment on it. I really hope that something is done about her, because people like her, with their nasty attitudes, make it very difficult to have faith in anyone these days that there are good people in the world. Because she is not one of them.

Pre-paid for hitch install with a firm appointment for 10AM today. Arrived at 9:45 and was told the…read moremechanic was running a tad late but would be in shortly. I asked how long does the install take and she said about an hour to an hour and a half. 30 Minutes later I asked the clerk her definition of shortly and she said she didn't know where he was and that he may have been called away by the "big boss". I told her that as the customer, I am the big boss. She just laughed. at 10:45 I notice someone in the garage texting on his cell phone and picking boxes off the shelves. I ask the clerk where he was and she said he was here..."somewhere". At 10:55 I walked into the garage and asked the texter is he was the guy to do the install and he said yes. I mentioned that he was an hour late and he replied "unfortunately". No apology, no nothing. I had to be at work for 12:30 , with his irresponsible timing I couldn't take the chance of leaving my car because texting may be more important than installing my already paid for hitch. Instead of arguing with this guy (later identified as the GM) I got into my car and departed. How dare they disrespect me by thinking that my time is not important. I will NEVER business with these people ever again.

In the midst of a PANDEMIC, "SecurCare" either had an inside job, & or allowed some one to break into my grandmothers storage unit, taking 90% or her hard earned, life long, intimate, valuable memorabilia!! The false advertisement for safety and security should be considered inhumane. The day you allowed her storage unit to be broken into, the cameras suspiciously did not work. & none of our questions could be answered on how this could have happened.The lack of concern to try to resolve the issue, and get to the bottom of the situation, shows how reckless you all are as a company, and lack of customer service. You will be hearing from our lawyers.

I have never used a storage facility to draw a distinction. I have no issues with the cleanliness…read morenor the great attention that Mr Milton and staff give to all his clients. My issue is the following, they do not own to their responsibility. I'll explain, just like anyone I got there and was almost forced to use insurance, they will not allow me to have the unit unless I do. so I started using their provided one but decided to change it to min as I am getting a larger discount and will be paying far less. I used the facility for 1 year, inspecting at least once a month to ensure that my items are secured and safe. Unfortunately, when I started to move my items, I found that my mattress was damage and it was difficult for me to determine what may have caused it until as I am taking those items out, I found out that the roof was leaking for which I have video proof. The roof ceiling was leaking. Once I discovered the issue, I immediately made their office manager known of the fact and email them a copy of the videos/photos. I was told to contact my insurance, which I did, and begin the steps of placing a claim. The insurance worked with me and made several attempts to contact the storage only to collaborate my story. The office never contacted the insurance. I requested for them to review the video as it will show, that the damages did not occur because of my negligence. Clearly, it was the leaky roof. All I requested was for them to own their obvious responsibility and help me at least pay a portion of my deductible to replace an obviously damaged mattress due to the water leak. Mr Milton did speak with his manager but the response that I got was not proper. I wished for the manager to have contacted me and have him/her address the situation. That wasn't the case, which means that they felt I was not worth their time nor valued my concerns nor request. Simply put, the manager "passed the buck."
