The owner David responded right away to my inquiry and came over that day. He took down all of the information we needed and even offered to help us replace our garage door as well but then the communication between him and his guys who came to do the work was very frustrating. Each time I would come home to see the progress something was done incorrectly and we had to call David again. Then the guys had to come back and take more time to do what we asked for in the first place. The overall quality was not as high as I was expecting from the pictures. The drip down into the wood from the panels happened the first week and the break between the wood slates was there from the beginning. When I asked for a refund or some kind of a discounted deal because of the amount of issues David got very rude. We would not work with them again. read more

Five star service and product! David and his guys were excellent to work with. They stayed close to the estimated project timeframe and delivered as promised. Estimate day: David arrived to make measurements and received my design cues. He then gave me a window of 2 weeks for off-site fabrication. They built the gate to spec at their facility and sent pictures when I requested updates. Install day: there was a couple day delay but they arrived as promised with all the parts in the truck, fully assembled gate and all. Installed the gate one day, motor and electrical the next day. The day the gate install was complete, the wind picked up (we get a lot of wind at the face of our home and the gate would bang against the receiver post. I texted David to ask for a solution and he suggested to install a maglock unit. Electro Magnetic Lock: SOLID. Highly suggested feature for security and hardiness. I was worried that the receiver would stick out too far and reduce my carport width too much but it only sticks out an extra 2-3 inches from the receiver post. Still have plenty of space in my driveway. Price for the entire gate and install is very good. Service fast and attentive. I couldn't be any more satisfied. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! read more
