The first project was a new fence and motorized gate about 5 years ago (it looks just as amazing now as it did the day they completed it)- from start to finish, the TH team was very knowledeable, gave us many options, were always prompt in both showing up when they said they would, and returning inquiries and other phone calls. Their workspace was always clean and thoughtful for our pets and family to traverse to and from the house while they worked on the project. And most importantly, the finished gate and fences were clean, high quality and polished... and better than we imagined! Our second project we just finished this past month was our deck (and roofing as our garage sits underneath our deck). They replaced our leaky wooden deck with new beams, proofing/coating, tiles this time (the whole nine) and it is perfect- complete with polished iron, a side gate to match our existing gates/aesthetic and touch ups where needed. Tal was very transpararent from the beginning and made us aware of the pros and cons for every material and promptly finished the whole project within two weeks. He went above and beyond-communicated every step of the way. We trust them with any home project and would hire him and his team again in a heartbeat.

Each time I would come home to see the progress something was done incorrectly and we had to call David again. Then the guys had to come back and take more time to do what we asked for in the first place. The overall quality was not as high as I was expecting from the pictures. The drip down into the wood from the panels happened the first week and the break between the wood slates was there from the beginning. When I asked for a refund or some kind of a discounted deal because of the amount of issues David got very rude. We would not work with them again.

His communication with me was great and he always got back to me right away. At a minimum, this may be a suggested replacement when other homeowners are audited by their homeowner's insurance, as I was. We live in a Firewise Community. I reviewed photos on the websites of several contractors and requested a particular style in a color that came as close as possible to my existing wooden gate. My HOA ARC committee requested "best possible match" and I love the result. I did 90% of the communication via text or phone, which is preferred. Danny and Damien were both extremely professional, accommodating, and helpful. The project was completed in a timely fashion. Like I said, I really like the finished result, and it is fire safe, beautiful, lightweight, and appears to be easy to maintain. I did notice a few scratches on the front that I couldn't wipe away so they appear permanent, but Danny may have a solution to that and it doesn't detract from my overall respect for the job. I would definitely recommend Iron Master.

UPDATE: The owner called me, begging for me to take down the review and was not aware her technicians were behaving the way they were getting paid under the table. I told her I will not remove the review until I am assured the new homeowners are satisfied and will not follow through with a lawsuit there unprofessionalism Caused a threat from the new homeowners and this is 100% completely accurate. WHAT A FRAUD!!! 6 weeks ago we had them come out to fix our gate since it wasn't opening and closing. Service was fine, but now the gate isn't opening and closing again. I reached out to Christian to see if they could come out check on the issue. Mind you, per our conversation, I asked already about services and fixed and what the cost would be. Of course they say there needs to be an inspection. Ok fine... but when the guy came out and said now it's a motherboard issue and charging is $1795 or $1300 (insane pricing btw when a motherboard is a few hundred bucks) we obviously could not afford it and said we'll have to do it another time. Lo' and behold, the tech asks for a $45 service fee which was NEVER discussed with Christian. If im asking you already what the services/fixes will be don't you think you'd mention that there'd be a $45 service fee plus whatever needs to be fixed based on inspection? Again... NO MENTION OF SERVICE FEE! I even told him that if I knew that, I wouldn't have even bothered having them come out then... Keep in mind this is SIX WEEKS after the initial fix which is shocking to me that they didn't notice anything wrong with the motherboard last time! Anyways, that's besides the point, but the fact that I've had conversations with Christian and he never mentioned any fees and is now trying to charge is insane to me He then said that it's because it was their work and that it's in their policy to charge for a fee. Told him to send me their policy then and NOTHING! Tech was rude as well. Told me to call Christian myself, fine I did. I ended up merging the call so Christian can talk to the tech himself and he refuse and said he'll call the tech??? AND THEN HE DIDNT??? So then I had to tell the tech that Christian said we don't have to pay the service fee today and the tech got mad and said "THIS ISNT RIGHT!" you think it's right if I charge you for a fee you never agreed to??? DOUBT YOU'D PAY IT EITHER, SIR!!! The fact that Christian didn't want to talk to the tech himself spoke volumes when we were already on the phone together... BEWARE!!! RESPONSE: Digging your own grave here buddy because your response has pissed me off. 1. You did not call the tech, nor did you waive the fee on the spot. We were on a MERGED call, I told you to talk to the tech and you said you'd call him yourself even though we were on the phone together??? WEIRD! You can explain your policy as calmly as you'd like, but if you're telling me after the fact and trying to bill be when you should have told me BEFORE then that's the point? I want to warn everyone about a disturbing experience I had with this gate company. I had several metal welders and fabricators scheduled to look at metalwork at my home that needs serious correction and repair. In the middle of that, at 1:34 PM, I got a text from an unknown number saying: "Hey David, this is Sean from the gate company. I'll be there in 15 minutes." I hadn't remembered booking this, but I thought maybe I missed putting something in my calendar, so I agreed to meet him anyway. A guy shows up, calls himself "Sean," and from the start his attitude was rude and arrogant, as if he was doing me a favor by being there at all. He even took a phone call during the appointment and then proceeded to talk about me in Hebrew, clearly assuming I wouldn't understand what he was saying. Then came the punchline: he told me it would cost $1,250 just to give me a quote, and that he would come back on the weekend. Yes, $1,250 just for a quote before any work is even done. At that point, it was obvious he had no real interest in doing the job and was either playing games or trying to scare me off. I asked for his business card so I would know exactly which company to avoid and to make sure I never refer them to anyone. Here's where it gets even more shady: His van said: "GATES & GARAGE DOOR EXPRESS INC." The business card he handed me had the name "David," not "Sean." The phone number he used for that visit was 424‑446‑2733. I had originally emailed Win Garage Door & Gate Inc through their website. I have also been in contact with "David" at this additional number: 323‑383‑3686. It turns out the person I was actually dealing with was "David," not "Sean." In my opinion, they are using different names, different phone numbers, and different business names in a way that can easily confuse or mislead customers. Based on my direct experience, I would strongly advise staying far away from: Win Garage Door & Gate Inc Gates & Garage Door Express Inc Between the fake names, multiple business identities, and an outrageous $1,250 "fee for a quote," this is a huge red flag for me. I would not trust these companies with any work on my property and recommend others avoid them completely. read more

I cannot say enough great things about Ben from WIN Garage Door Repair. Our garage door was not working and I called him and he came to our place immediately. I was running late coming back and he patiently waited here for us for an extra half an hour and still had a smile on his face when we returned. The garage door works and looks great! Also, we needed a few more garage door openers and he supplied and programmed them for us the same day. We needed a separate clicker for our gates, which they did not have, so he ordered them and then came out on a Jewish Holiday (He is Jewish) and programmed them for us so we could shut our gates and keep our home and office safe. On both occasions, I wrote him a check and put in a tip, and both times, before leaving, he came back to tell me that I wrote the check for too much money. VERY HONEST and VERY RELIABLE! I had Ben came to my house and helping me to resolve my broken Genie Intellicode garage door opener. He helped me to diagnose the issue and telling me that it is just out-out-track-range and set it to be useful. He did not charge me for the 'fixing' but just let me know the reason of the out-of-order. I can recognize that he is an honest businessman. I respect him that way. My husband and I were recommended Imperial Garage Doors and Gates by a friend who experienced…read morequality work and good customer service from them. They were one of the more expensive quotes that we got, but we were willing to pay more for good quality work. The work involved the installation of a new driveway gate, and two side gates on the walkway side of the house. The problems that we experienced with this company: 1. They left an oil stain (that cannot be removed to this day) on our newly paved driveway. 2. They drilled holes on the side of the house to look for a place to anchor but could not use them. They did not bother to cover up the holes until we said something. 3. We went with a black trim steel frame and vinyl panels on the inside. The panels were of very poor quality and probably very cheaply made. Many panels were bowing out and the color was uneven. Some panels had cinch marks from the welding. It rained right after the installation of the gates, causing many rust spots on the frame, and rust to bleed onto the newly paved driveway. 4. They agreed to replace the bad panels and fix the rust marks on the frame. In the beginning, we were told that work was not contracted out to other contractors (except for the electrician) but a different third party came to do the welding and panel work. It took ~2 months for them to get and install the replacement panels. 5. Unfortunately, right after the replacement and repair job, it rained again. New rust marks from the welds appeared and stained more of our newly paved driveway and newly cemented walkway. These gates cannot withstand a single day of rain without rusting. The good work: 1. The electrician who installed the electronic gate opener did quality work. Any holes he made or conduit he ran matched the gate and showed no signs of rust marks from rain. The gate still works well after 4 months.

Since they were working with our old gate, they had to make several adjustments during the installation, and everything turned out great. They were friendly, professional, worked efficiently, and took the time to answer all of our questions. What really stood out to us, though, was how thoroughly they cleaned up after the job. They picked up every piece of scrap and leftover material before they left. That was especially important to us because we run a daycare, and the last thing we want is for kids to find sharp metal or other debris around the property. We've also had Mike come back a couple of times for service, and every experience has been just as good. He responds quickly, even on weekends and holidays, shows up when he says he will, and gets the job done right. It's hard to find people who are honest, dependable, and genuinely care about their work these days, but Mike and his team definitely do. We can't recommend Next Level Garage Doors and Gates enough. If you're looking for someone you can trust to do the job right, they're the ones to call.

Definitely raving about Alex here with his prompt service and turnaround time…read more I called because I was having gate issues and was shopping around for quotes and once I talked to Alex from Pristine Garage Doors and Gates, I just went ahead and booked them. They were very personable. They first asked what was going on with the gate on the phone and then sent someone out the very next day to come take a look at it in person. They did a thorough inspection and figured out that our gate needed a new chain, wheels and maintenance. Which I'm not surprised about because we haven't replaced those items in years. They scheduled us in and fixed everything in a efficient and timely manner. So glad my gate is fixed and Alex assured me if I had any questions to just call and that they also provide a lwarranty for the parts that were replaced. So glad I came across Pristine Garage and Gate. This is a trustworthy business and I look forward to using them if I ever have any other issues with my gate or garage.
