Bought a used 2020 Nissan Altima from HGreg in Orlando. The car is equipped with Keyless entry, however the car did not have the original key so not only did I have an aftermarket key fob but I was also missing the emergency key. With little to go on, I took my car to Secure Safe Lock & Key and in short time (Like 45 minutes) they were able "read" the lock and create the key and sell me an Nissan OEM key fob and program it. The lady on the phone was curious and professional and was able to give me a quote (after verifying my vin). The lady at the counter was friendly, professional and very helpful (two different people). Finally the locksmith was very good/ quick and like everyone else was very friendly and professional. I made an appointment and they were prompt and finished in a timely manner. Considerating they had little to start with, I was amazed at how quickly they were able to take care of me. With the new OEM remote, they even showed me a feature I didn't know I had...keyless starting!!! They stock and program vehicle security fobs on site! So the security fob for my 2014 ram promaster (work van) went into the ocean with me on Sunday. The fob had a chip that communicated to the on board computer that I was not a thief. The fob got fried in the ocean and I couldn't get the van to start. The dealership needed me to tow the van there, and a day or two to get the new preprogrammed fob shipped... Patrick of secure safe and lock came out and got me a new key and fob, and programmed it on site, all in the same day. It was $50 more than the stealership quoted, but who knows how long it would've actually taken, and I need my van for work! After a month of searching I still could not find the key fob for my Toyota Sienna. I knew it would be expensive so I kept postponing the inevitable. Finally called Toyota dealer....order replacement fob, programming, cutting of new valet (or whatever it's called) key...$400. Then I read Yelp reviews that were good for Secure Key on Merritt Island. They said they could order the part and have it the next morning, provide all necessary programming and other steps needed for $285. And so they did. Great service and very nice folks. This staff is the BEST. I lost my garage key and needed help. I called a locksmith and he was going to charge me 180.00 to come out and change the lock. I called security and they suggested I just bring the lock in. I unscrewed it from the garage frame and it was old, like 30 years old. I took it in as they suggested and told them to order me a new lock. The staff said, no we will clean this up and make you a new key. My cost 11.00 total.they are great read more

Terrible Service! My elderly mother called these folks to repair the lock on the front door. It was a specialty lock. They sent out a young man with no knowledge of the working system of these locks. Instead of repairing the lock he told my mother to fill in the door and put an old-style a door lock in because he didn't know how to fix the lock. I called back to these guys twice. Both times I was told they would send another man out and give me a call. We never saw hide nor hair of them nor did we ever receive a phone call back. Terrible service terrible, customer service, no ethics! If they don't know how to fix something, they should refer a customer to someone who does! These guys are like so many other contractors or they just don't care about customer service and getting back to the customer!! read more
